★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no final qua do cheguei em casa para comer a pizza, a pizza estava toda queimada, como embale para viagem em feira de santana e moro em Serrinha só vi quando cheguei em casa liguei para número da pizza Hut mais ninguém mim atendeu. Uma falta de respeito com o consumidor Pizzazinha Hut nunca mais.
 Terrible service at the end of the day when I got home to eat the pizza, the pizza was all burnt, as I pack it for travel in feira de santana and I live in Serrinha I only saw it when I got home I called the Pizza Hut number but no one answered. A lack of respect for the Pizzazinha Hut consumer never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência na cidade que moro (Feira de Santana). Funcionárias pouco recepctivas, não explicaram como funcionava o pedido da pizza e na hora de pedir uma explicação foi a maior grosseria. O ambiente super quente, a pizza sendo pronta pela pessoa sem luva e com adereços . E no final ainda pra completar, não tinham feito o segundo pedido que já tinha pago pela falta de comunicação entre as funcionárias. Não recomendo!!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience in the city I live in (Feira de Santana). Unreceptive employees did not explain how the pizza order worked and when asking for an explanation it was the biggest rudeness. The super hot environment, the pizza being prepared by the person without gloves and with props. And in the end, to top it off, they hadn't made the second order that had already paid for the lack of communication between the employees. I do not recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que vou ao rodízio da Pizza Hut Feira de Santana e me decepcionei em vários aspectos. Ambiente pequeno e muuuito quente, pizzas demoravam pra passar (algumas frias), música alta... não sei se retornaria e/ou indicaria.
O que salva é a qualidade inegável da Pizza (típica da rede) e o atendimento extremamente simpático e cordial da equipe; nesse quesito gostaria de fazer um elogio especial à atendente Dilma que, além de cuidadosa, foi muito gentil ao servir no salão.
First time I go to the all-you-can-eat Pizza Hut Feira de Santana and I was disappointed in many ways. Small and soooo hot, pizzas took a long time to come out (some cold), loud music... I don't know if I would return and/or recommend.
What saves is the undeniable quality of the Pizza (typical of the chain) and the extremely friendly and cordial service of the staff; In this regard, I would like to give a special compliment to the attendant Dilma who, in addition to being careful, was very kind when serving in the salon.

Porém é necessário ter mais atenção aos pedidos e principalmente cuidado no preparo, pedi um Trio de Sweet slider e atendente preparou na hora pq eu falei que estava faltando e utilizou a mesma espátula pras 3 diferentes coberturas na hora de amassar, ou seja, o de brigadeiro ficou com sabor de canela e o de doce de leite com ovomaltine e granulados, o único que se salvou foi o de ovomaltine pq ela arrastou a espátula na vasilha antes de pressionar. Sugiro uma reciclagem nas BPF's e contaminação cruzada. Caso queiram consultoria tenho a quem indicar.
The environment is nice, tidy and clean. However, it is necessary to pay more attention to the requests and especially care in the preparation, I asked for a Trio of Sweet slider and the attendant prepared it on the spot because I said it was missing and used the same spatula for 3 different toppings when kneading, that is, the one of brigadeiro was flavored with cinnamon and dulce de leche with ovaltine and sprinkles, the only one that was saved was the ovaltine one because she dragged the spatula into the bowl before pressing. I suggest recycling GMP's and cross contamination. If you want consulting, I have someone to recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avaliação sincera no ano de 2004 fiu pela primeira vez na pizza Hut com meu pai e ficou nas minha lembranças, no dia 26.12.2021 velei meus filhos na pizza Hut de feira de santana fiquei descepcionado não tinha ninguém para atender na mesa ,a mesa ainda estava suja dos clientes anteriores ,a demora foi grande sendo que só havia 3 mesas, só tinha um banheiro era unisex estava sujo.Eu falava tão bem e indicava, pizza estava boa mais não superou as expectativas de quem ficou comigo ,pois o desejo que tive de voltar da última vez não foi o mesmo assim como a dos demais que foi a de não voltar mais lá.
Sincere evaluation in 2004 I went to the Pizza Hut with my father for the first time and it remained in my memories, on 12.26.2021 I watched my children at the Pizza Hut in Feira de Santana I was disappointed there was no one to serve at the table, the table still it was dirty from previous customers, it took a long time since there were only 3 tables, there was only one bathroom, it was unisex, it was dirty. I had to go back the last time it wasn't the same as the others, which was not going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N comi no restaurante fiz o pedido no ifood e retirei na loja, a comida estava ma-ra-vi-lho-sa, a funcionária q me atendeu foi muito educada, então 5 estrelas merecidas. A loja me pareceu meio pequena, mas muito bonita , tudo de alta qualidade e no mais alto nível de conforto
I didn't eat at the restaurant, I ordered at ifood and picked it up at the store, the food was ma-ra-vi-lo-sa, the employee who served me was very polite, so 5 stars deserved. The store seemed a little small, but very beautiful, everything of high quality and in the highest level of comfort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja viu experimentei a Pizza da Franquia de Sergipe, Salvador e Agora de Feira .. essa de FSA deixa a desejar em relação a qualidade das outras. Enfim é uma pizza de qualidade mas fica longe daquele sabor especial da Pizza Hut.
I've already tried the Pizza from Franquia de Sergipe, Salvador and Agora de Feira .. this one from FSA leaves something to be desired in relation to the quality of the others. Anyway, it's a quality pizza but it's far from that special Pizza Hut flavor.
