★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei no dia 17/04/21 pizza portuguesa especial (não é pizza da promoção), porém mandaram faltando ingredientes (esqueceram o principal "o queijo"). Outro ponto, eles anunciam promoções no Ifood, e quando vc faz valer seu direito, dizem que não partem deles essas promoções, que são feitas pelo próprio aplicativo Ifood e que não tem acesso aos históricos de compra dos clientes. Sempre compramos pizza, principalmente quando eles tinham a pizzaria no Campolim, mais depois que fecharam ou venderam para outra pessoa... os clientes não são tratados com respeito. A melhor forma de expressar minha indignação é não comprar mais na Pizzaria Loop, pois em Sorocaba existem muitas pizzarias boas e até melhores que a Pizzaria Loop e que provavelmente sabem respeitar o cliente. Detalhe importante, não aceito outra pizza cortesia ou brinde, pois o momento de retratação já passou. Apenas não façam mais esse desrespeito que fizeram comigo com outros clientes.
I bought special Portuguese pizza on 04/17/21 (it is not the promotion's pizza), but they lacked ingredients (they forgot the main "the cheese"). Another point, they advertise promotions on Ifood, and when you assert your right, they say that these promotions do not come from them, which are made by the Ifood app itself and that you do not have access to customers' purchase histories. We always buy pizza, especially when they had the pizzeria in Campolim, but after they closed or sold it to someone else ... customers are not treated with respect. The best way to express my indignation is not to buy more at Pizzaria Loop, because in Sorocaba there are many good pizzerias and even better than Pizzaria Loop and who probably know how to respect the customer. Important detail, I do not accept another complimentary pizza or toast, as the moment of retraction has passed. Just don't make this disrespect that you have done to me with other clients.
