★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um condomínio de apartamentos para quem quiser investir em aluguel ,tem poucos moradores proprietário a maioria é locatário ,o rodízio de moradores é bem alto ,fluxo de crianças é muito grande pelas áreas comuns ,como a fluxo grande de pessoas que mudam e se mudam as regras não são tão seguidas e na maioria das vezes nem respeitadas .Para investir ótimo ,morar se quiser silêncio e tranquilidade não recomendo.
