★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora quando o cliente vai até o estabelecimento solicitar algum produto. Já fiquei mais de uma hora esperando no carro, enquanto diversos motoqueiros saíam com outros pedidos. Além disso, certa noite, ao pedir pizza e Coca-Cola, pasmem, mas veio uma lesma grudada na garrafa pet do refrigerante.
Nunca mais apareço lá...
 It takes a long time when the customer goes to the establishment to order a product. I've been waiting for over an hour in the car, while several bikers left with other orders. Also, one night, when I ordered pizza and Coca-Cola, they were amazed, but there was a slug stuck to the pet bottle of soda.
I never appear there again...

Só que pedi uma pizza gigante de doze fatias ,me venderam uma pizza 30 cm cortada em doze fatias (parecia pizza a palito) sendo o mesmo tamanho da pizza de oito fatias. E o preço não é dos melhores pelo o que é oferecido!
Fico me sentindo enganado!
I called there, I was well attended
But I ordered a giant twelve-slice pizza, they sold me a 30 cm pizza cut into twelve slices (it looked like a stick pizza) being the same size as the eight-slice pizza. And the price is not the best for what is offered!
I keep feeling cheated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço!!! Sem compromisso com o cliente, pedir 4 pizza, fiquei aguardando aqui com toda família reunida, e a pizza não veio. Primeira e última vez que peço.
Terrible service!!! No commitment to the customer, order 4 pizzas, I was waiting here with the whole family together, and the pizza didn't come. First and last time I ask.

Pedimos 4 pizzas, o pedido foi confirmado, se passou 1 hora e ao ligar para perguntar sobre o pedido falaram que pensaram que era trote e nem haviam começado fazer as pizzas. Disseram que recebem varios trotes, mas o que o consumidor tem haver com isso. Que eles melhorem seu atendimento para evitar trotes. Não voltarei a comprar.
Total disregard for the customer. We ordered 4 pizzas, the order was confirmed, 1 hour passed and when they called to ask about the order they said they thought it was a prank and they hadn't even started making the pizzas. They said they get a lot of prank calls, but what does the consumer have to do with it. May they improve their service to avoid prank calls. I will not buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento vc liga te deixa esperando,fala q a entrega é com uma hora mas uma hora e quarenta não entregam,vc liga da desculpas desfarapadas q ta só com um motoqueiro,pedi a pizza as 7 chogou as 23 horas.
Horrível atendimento maior desrespeito com o cliente.
Terrible service you call leaves you waiting, say that the delivery takes one hour but an hour and forty don't deliver, you call the lame excuses that you're only with a biker, I ordered the pizza at 7 pm and it arrived at 11 pm.
Horrible service and disrespect for the customer.

Que a pizza foi entregue fria com a borda seca e até com as cebolas e o beico torrado na pizza portuguesa e lá perguntou se eu comi a pizza eu desse que na esperança de encontrar alguma coisa que prestace ... Que Pena ????
I was not satisfied with the product, I complained directly to the owner of the establishment. That the pizza was delivered cold with the edge dry and even with the onions and the roasted beico in the Portuguese pizza and there he asked if I ate the pizza I gave it in the hope of finding something useful... What a pity ????
