★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito tempo cliente da pizzaria , até um dia cometeram um erro e o entregador me tratou super mal como eu fosse o culpado . Péssimo atendido ao cliente, trabalho com público, sei como é difícil , por isso sempre fui cordial e gentil com eles.

Visitamos a loja no sábado, com o intuito de aproveitarmos a noite em um ambiente agradável, contudo, não foi o que obtivemos. Uma de minhas amigas solicitou o uso do banheiro no qual foi nos informado, que o mesmo poderia ser usado somente para clientes/ consumidores, conforme escrito na porta. Diante ao exposto, já havíamos realizado uma compra inicial de +ou- 6,00 indagamos uma funcionária do estabelecimento, que de forma extremamente grosseira, nos disse que esse valor não nos consideraria cliente e que para usar o banheiro teria que ser realizado uma consumação mínima de 10,00, isso sem haver nenhuma notificação prévia informada no estabelecimento.
Não questiono o valor, pois para nós não haveria problemas para pagar. Questiono a falta de clareza pelo estabelecimento, e a conduta grosseira da funcionária, que ademais, convenhamos, se, em uma situação simples como essa se mostrou completamente despreparada, acredito eu, como seria em questões de conflitos maiores.
Por fim, gostaria de citar o Art. 2º do Código do Consumidor, ao qual, diz: "Consumidor é toda pessoa física ou jurídica que adquire ou utiliza produto ou serviço como destinatário final." e o Art. 6 inciso III ao qual diz que são direitos básicos ao consumidor: "A informação adequada e clara sobre os diferentes produtos e serviços, com especificação correta de quantidade, características, composição, qualidade, tributos incidentes e preço, bem como sobre os riscos que apresentem;
Acredito muito em estabelecimentos que prezam por seus clientes, em questão de atendimento e de reconhecimento e não só por quanto estão dispostos a pagar. Espero que futuramente, os mesmos possam também acreditar.

We visited the store on Saturday, with the intention of enjoying the evening in a pleasant atmosphere, however, that was not what we got. One of my friends requested the use of the bathroom in which we were informed that it could only be used for customers/consumers, as written on the door. In view of the above, we had already made an initial purchase of +or- 6.00, we asked an employee of the establishment, who, in an extremely rude way, told us that this value would not consider us a customer and that in order to use the bathroom, a consummation would have to be carried out. minimum of 10.00, without any prior notification informed at the establishment.
I don't question the value, because for us there would be no problems to pay. I question the lack of clarity by the establishment, and the rude behavior of the employee, which, moreover, let's face it, if, in a simple situation like this, she showed herself to be completely unprepared, I believe, as it would be in matters of greater conflicts.
Finally, I would like to quote Art. 2 of the Consumer Code, which says: "Consumer is every individual or legal entity that acquires or uses a product or service as the final recipient." and the Art. 6, item III, which states that the consumer's basic rights are: "Appropriate and clear information about the different products and services, with the correct specification of quantity, characteristics, composition, quality, levied taxes and price, as well as about the risks they present ;
I strongly believe in establishments that value their customers, in terms of service and recognition and not just how much they are willing to pay. I hope that in the future, they can also believe.
