The pizza is reasonably good, but you have to WASH THE RUCOLA because it always arrives full of sand and it also helps to remove the pesticides!

Fiz diversos contatos e a loja não atendia ou retornava, não respondiam o chat do iFood e a sorte foi que consegui solicitar ajuda direta ao iFood para cancelar o pedido e ser reembolsado. Espero que os responsáveis pela loja tenham se deliciado com o meu pedido devolvido.
The pizza is excellent, but only if you pick it up on the spot. I placed an order that was scheduled to be delivered at 7:18 pm and it arrived at 10:30 pm. I made several contacts and the store did not answer or return, they did not respond to the iFood chat and luckily I was able to request direct help from iFood to cancel the order and get a refund. I hope those responsible for the store were delighted with my returned order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria deixar meu registro de satisfação com o atendimento e controle por parte dos seus colaboradores,em especial o Igor que me atendeu na central na noite deste domingo 06/02/2022,quando me vi numa situação desesperadora quando o entregador me informou o número errado do apartamento e não tive como avisar ao morador da chegada de sua pizza.E o rapaz que me atendeu (Igor), prontamente me ajudou.Posso lhes dizer uma coisa, parabéns pela qualidade,sabor de seus produtos e quanto a equipe de colaboradores.

I wanted to leave my satisfaction record with the service and control by its employees, especially Igor who attended me at the center on the night of this Sunday 06/02/2022, when I found myself in a desperate situation when the delivery man informed me the wrong number from the apartment and I had no way to notify the resident of the arrival of his pizza. And the guy who served me (Igor), promptly helped me. I can tell you one thing, congratulations on the quality, taste of your products and the team of collaborators.
