★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência traumática, fiz o pedido de uma pizza pelo app Uber east como foi a primeira vez que estava usando esse aplicativo não me apaguei a detalhes, então apareceu as operações de pizzaria e simplesmente eu escolhi a pizzaria com o tempo estimado de 30 a 40 minutos de entrega, fiz o pedido quando finalizei tive a maior supresa pois o tempo de entrega daria entre 50 minutos a uma hora o carro estava em São Bernardo a Pizzaria era em Mauá e eu me encontrava em Santo André fiquei abismada com tempo de entrega a distância e o percurso que ele iria fazer, tentei cancelar o pedido mas não achei, e tbm fiqui com receio de pagar alguma taxa, então decidi espera, depois uma hora a pizza chegou, peguei a pizza com o motorista e perguntei e o refrigerante ele sorriu em alto e bom som e falou não veio e simplesmente arrancou com o carro e saiu, fiquei com a cara de taxo como assim? Eu ja tinha pagado pelo o produto, ou seja iria comer a pizza com água, como já era cause uma hora da manhã, eu estava com sono, cansada e com fome não vi muita sainda, quando finalmente iria comer a bendita da pizza ela estava sem a borda de catupiry que por sinal me cobram 5 reais a mais, e pra completar a pizza estava extremamente fria, nunca passei por isso, descaso total.
