Segundo a mesma eu teria que solicitar no ato do pedido. Como solicitar algo que não foi ofertado?
Pelo código do consumidor isso passa como uma propaganda enganosa. Se eles possuem um produto eles devem ofertar, ainda mais possuindo algumas opções de brinde.
Liguei para relatar e a mesma “se desculpou” e em momento algum ofereceu de enviar o brinde.
Ao final da ligação foi ríspida dizendo que a informação estava no folheto. Curioso, nem o folheto eu recebi dessa vez.
Não peço mais.
