O atendimento ficou péssimo, a qualidade da esfiha caiu muito e a da pizza pelo jeito nunca saberei, porque estou há quase duas horas esperando uma pizza e até agora nada. Há meia hora o motoqueiro "já havia saído para entregar" e até agora nada. Detalhe: o endereço de entrega é a 600m da pizzaria. Difícil.

Pedido que demorou uma eternidade para ficar pronto, demora no atendimento telefônico, empatia zero por quem é responsável por atender o telefone. Ao ligar e fazer meu pedido, do nada a ligação caiu e não se deram o trabalho de retornar o contato.
Precisam aprender urgentemente a atender melhor, seus clientes.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of education and responsiveness to the client. Request that took forever to get ready, delay in answering phone, zero empathy for who is responsible for answering the phone. When calling and placing my order, suddenly the call dropped and they didn't bother to return the contact.
They urgently need to learn how to serve their customers better.
