Fiz uma compra nessa pizzaria e houve um inconveniente da atendente, no qual deixou de marcar um refrigerante na conta. Depois de eu acertar o valor dos demais itens e sair da pizzaria um empregado me chamou para retornar e pagar o refrigerante. Solicitei para reverem os valores e estava mesmo faltando eles terem anotado o refrigerante e passado junto na conta com os demais itens que paguei no cartão. A moça ainda pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido.
Outro inconveniente foi me chamar na rua em alto tom para voltar e acertar o restante da conta, como se eu, como cliente, estivesse tentando dar um golpe. Poderia ter chegado próximo a mim e informar que havia o valor de um produto que a atendente deixou de fora no momento do pagamento e que era para acertá-lo. Seria ao menos o mais sensato a se fazer. Eu voltaria, como voltei, sem nenhum problema.
Por essa falta de preparo no atendimento para imprevisto, de erro interno dos funcionários da pizzaria, e a falta de buscar uma solução com respeito ao cliente, sem preceitos, deixo um registro com nota média.
Pizzas very well made. However, the service leaves something to be desired.
I made a purchase at this pizzeria and there was an inconvenience by the attendant, in which she failed to check a soda on the bill. After I set the value of the other items and left the pizzeria, an employee called me to return and pay for the soda. I asked them to review the values and it was really missing that they wrote down the soda and passed it on the bill with the other items I paid on the card. The girl also apologized for what happened.
Another inconvenience was calling me on the street in a loud tone to come back and settle the rest of the bill, as if I, as a customer, were trying to take a hit. I could have come close to me and inform that there was the value of a product that the attendant left out at the time of payment and that was to get it right. It would at least be the most sensible thing to do. I would go back, as I did, without any problem.
Due to this lack of preparation in the unexpected, due to the internal error of the pizzeria employees, and the lack of seeking a solution with respect to the customer, without precepts, I leave a record with an average grade.
