★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrível, 2 horas para entregar e não tem nenhum tipo de respeito com cliente, só dizem tudo bem mesmo não estando bem, tendentes não sabem nem explicar oque aconteceu, não avisam o atraso e não tem o mínimo respeito de avisar que vai atrasar e ainda dizer que é tudo bem fazer reclamação mas não tem nenhuma solução para o problema

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Em 6 anos que compro neste lugar nunca fui tão mal atendida. Sempre que peço pizza que vêm cebola eu peço para tirar pois aqui em casa ninguém come. Mas sempre vem com cebola, ligo lá e a única coisa que fazem e pedir desculpas. Hoje realizei o pedido via Ifood e coloquei nas observações SEM CEBOLA várias vezes. Mas novamente a pizza veio lotada de cebola, liguei para reclamar e para a minha surpresa fui literalmente mal tratada, a pessoa gritou comigo em linha. Esse lugar já bom hoje ele é péssimo. E seus atendentes piores ainda pois não sabem como tratar um cliente.
Terrible. In the 6 years I've shopped at this place I've never been treated so poorly. Whenever I order pizza that comes with onions, I ask them to take them out because nobody eats here at home. But it always comes with onions, I call and the only thing they do is apologize. Today I made the order via Ifood and put it in the comments WITHOUT ONION several times. But again the pizza was full of onions, I called to complain and to my surprise I was literally treated badly, the person yelled at me in line. This place is already good, today it is bad. And their attendants even worse because they don't know how to treat a customer.
