★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima pizza mas porém a entrega é péssima moro no bairro vizinho e o motoboy não gasta nem 40minutos pra chegar no meu bairro.
 Great pizza but delivery is terrible. I live in the neighboring neighborhood and the motoboy doesn't even take 40 minutes to get to my neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza excelente porém o tem de entrega é absurdo. Levou três horas pra pizza chegar. Meu cunhado pediu e deu tudo certinho tempo certo de entrega, primeira vez que pesso demora esse tempo todo 3h.
Excellent pizza but the delivery time is absurd. It took three hours for the pizza to arrive. My brother-in-law asked for everything and everything was just right, time of delivery, the first time that people take this time for 3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu adoro a pizza da Bela Dona. Apesar de já ter acontecido alguns pequenos problemas no atendimento, e até mesmo um pedido feito errado, não deixei de ser cliente. É uma excelente opção na região, principalmente com a promoção de segunda a quinta. Alguns dias vem pouco recheada, outras vem no capricho, acho que poderiam padronizar isso.
Busco sempre no balcão, já que moro perto, então nunca tive problema com atrasos ou chegar fria.
I love Bela Dona's pizza. Although there have been some small problems in service, and even a wrong order, I didn't stop being a customer. It is an excellent option in the region, especially with promotion from Monday to Thursday. Some days it comes with little stuffing, others come on whim, I think they could standardize that.
I always look at the counter, as I live nearby, so I never had a problem with delays or arriving cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na data de hoje tive uma péssima experiência com a pizzaria, já sou cliente antigo e não tinha ocorrido isso antes . Pedi um sabor e me mandaram outro totalmente diferente, liguei para reclamar e pedir a troca e a funcionária totalmente estressada afirmou que eu estava errado , e que ela tinha feito o meu certo . Sendo que quando eu fiz o pedido foi com um funcionário homem. Infelizmente não resolveram o erro.
On today's date I had a terrible experience with the pizzeria, I'm already a long-time customer and that hadn't happened before. I asked for a flavor and they sent me a totally different one, I called to complain and ask for a change and the totally stressed employee said that I was wrong, and that she had done mine right. When I placed the order it was with a male employee. Unfortunately they didn't solve the error.

Pizza is more or less ok for the price. Delivery took too long, apparently in other reviews, recurring problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa, mas a entrega é um horror. Todas as vezes que faço pedido de pizza, a entrega é feita com mais de uma hora. É preciso ligar na Bella Donna 2,3 vezes reclamando do atraso. Hoje, dua 26/12/2021, fiz um pedido às 21:38h, até agora 22:11h ainda não foi entregue. Já reclamei 2 vezes e falam que já saiu para entrega. Muita falta de respeito.
The pizza is good, but the delivery sucks. Every time I order pizza, it takes more than an hour to be delivered. You need to call Bella Donna 2.3 times complaining about the delay. Today, on 12/26/2021, I placed an order at 21:38h, until now 22:11h it has not yet been delivered. I've complained twice and they say it's already out for delivery. A lot of lack of respect.
