★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DECEPÇÃO TOTAL - Tive uma experiência boa a 5 anos atrás, ainda qnd se chamava La Tratoria ou coisa assim... Voltei ao restaurante sob uma nova direção e me decepcionei muito. Tocou a última música no violão, no estilo Reggae/Mpb/Inter. Em seguida foi colocado um som ambiente de música eletrônica, muito alta. Ficou claro a discrepância do gosto musical de pessoas que como eu, entraram com outra intenção de música. Muitas pessoas começaram a sair. Eu, pedi para trocar e baixar o som, mas não fui a atendido. Somado todo isso, mais a demora de trazerem a cerveja, decidi ir embora. Na saída um garçom falou para a proprietária com ar de riso, "Esse foi o único cliente que reclamou da música" Eu falei, fui o único a ter coragem. Os atendente estavam dançando a música eletrônica e assim continuaram... Estou aqui descontando as goteiras no telhado... Canoa Quebrada é conhecida pelo bom atendimento e hospitalidade. Isso não tira a beleza e cordialidade da maioria das pessoas é comerciantes desse belo lugar.
TOTAL DECEPTION - I had a good experience 5 years ago, still called La Tratoria or something ... I went back to the restaurant under a new direction and was very disappointed. He played the last song on the guitar, in the style of Reggae / Mpb / Inter. Then there was an ambient sound of electronic music, very loud. It was clear the discrepancy in the musical taste of people who, like me, entered with another intention of music. Many people started to leave. I, asked to change and lower the sound, but I was not answered. All of that, plus the delay in bringing the beer, I decided to leave. On the way out, a waiter spoke to the owner with an air of laughter, "This was the only customer who complained about the music" I said, I was the only one to have courage. The attendants were dancing to electronic music and so they continued ... I'm here discounting the leaks on the roof ... Canoa Quebrada is known for good service and hospitality. This does not detract from the beauty and warmth of most people who are traders in this beautiful place.
