 It's the best pizza I've ever had in SP, but the delivery delay is terrible! I've been waiting exactly 02 hours for a pizza, they don't change it and they don't improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza desta pizzaria em minha opinião já foi muito boa, mantendo um bom sabor mas não como antes. Tem um custo benefício adequado e bom. Deveriam se preoucupar em melhorar o atendimento telefonico que é terrível. Mostram vários números de telefones mas não conseguem atender adequadamente, te atendem e deixam na espera, isso já é habito por lá.
The pizza at this pizzeria in my opinion was once very good, maintaining a good flavor but not like before. It has an adequate and good value for money. They should worry about improving the telephone service, which is terrible. They show several phone numbers but they can't answer properly, they answer you and leave you on hold, that's already a habit there.

Moro muito perto da pizzaria e a demora é surreal para entregar no fim de semana.
Pedi uma pizza às 21:35 e são 23:00 e nem sinal da pizza ainda.
Acho um absurdo eles falarem o tempo de espera ser de sessenta minutos é uma pizza chegar aqui em mais de uma hora e meia.
Isso não deveria ocorrer, isso pq tenho criança esperando pra comer.
Essa demora está cada dia pior.
Nunca perdi meu tempo, mas acho que hoje ultrapassou os limites.
Isso não se faz!!!
The pizza is really wonderful, I've been a customer for ten years.
I live very close to the pizzeria and the delivery time is surreal on the weekend.
I ordered a pizza at 9:35 pm and it's 11 pm and there's still no sign of the pizza.
I think it's absurd that they say the wait time is sixty minutes and a pizza gets here in more than an hour and a half.
This shouldn't happen, because I have a child waiting to eat.
This delay is getting worse every day.
I've never wasted my time, but I think today it crossed the line.
That is wrong!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa...mas a demora para entregar e extremamente absurda, quase duas horas de espera sendo que no ato do pedido o tempo estimado foi de 50 minutos, uma falta de respeito com o consumidor, e hoje tendo a mesma experiência de espera longa, minha família deixa de ser cliente desta empresa, e também não recomendamos para ninguém.
The pizza is good...but the delay to deliver is extremely absurd, almost two hours of waiting, and when ordering the estimated time was 50 minutes, a lack of respect for the consumer, and today having the same experience of long wait, my family is no longer a customer of this company, and we also don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza de mussarela nesse fim de semana, realmente está muito boa o sabor da massa molho e qualidade do produto nos próximos finais de semana farei novos pedidos, minha mãe é cliente da pizzaria a anos e super recomenda a pizzaria! Quem puder buscar a pizzar pessoalmente e conhecer o trabalho do pessoal recomendo!
I ordered a mozzarella pizza this weekend, the taste of the sauce and the quality of the product is really good. In the coming weekends I will make new orders, my mother has been a customer of the pizzeria for years and highly recommends the pizzeria! Anyone who can pick up the pizza in person and get to know the work of the staff, I recommend it!
