★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificilmente sou atendido, telefone vive dando fora de serviço, uma vez por semana pelo menos... Atendimento no whats não respondem, e não são promoção nem um brinde para clientes antigos ou frequentes oque a maioria das pizzarias concorrentes fazem
I am hardly answered, the phone keeps giving out of service, at least once a week ... Service on whats don't answer, and they are not a promotion or a gift for old or frequent customers what most competing pizzerias do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade de atendimento. Não cumprem o prazo estabelecido , por 2 vezes passaram mais de 2 horas para a entrega e o atendente responde com emojis " irônicos " quando questionado sobre a demora da entrega.
Não recomendo!!!
Poor service quality. They do not meet the deadline, twice they have spent more than 2 hours for delivery and the attendant responds with "ironic" emojis when asked about the delay in delivery.
I do not recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Tudo muito gorduroso! Meu pedido demorou 2 horas, veio com 1 item faltando e outro queimado. Além de que trocaram os sabores das pizzas! Nunca mais!
Terrible! All very greasy! My order took 2 hours, it came with 1 item missing and another burnt. Besides that they changed the flavors of the pizzas! Never!

Lousy service, twice we waited 2 and a half hours for the pizza to arrive and the usual excuse It’s "the courier missing" doesn’t even tell you it will take LONG !!!!!! Do not recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo mas muito ruim o atendimento não recomendo a ninguém pois por 2 vez demorou mas de 3 horas a primeira vez faltou motoboy ( quando chegou o motoboy informou que tinham esquecido da fazer o pedido este seria a demora ) segunda o sistema está apresentando problemas ( informou pelo whatsapp que tinha saído para entrega as 23:00 e agora as 00:58 não chegou ), não atende o telefone e quando atende desliga na cara quando não fica mudo .
Terrible but very bad the service I do not recommend to anyone because for 2 times it took more than 3 hours the first time there was no courier (when the courier arrived they had forgotten to place the order this would be a delay) Monday the system is having problems (informed by whatsapp that had left for delivery at 23:00 and now 00:58 has not arrived), does not answer the phone and when he answers, hang up in the face when he is not mute.
