★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 13/02 fiz m pedido meia atum com bacon e portuguesa 3 , demorou uma hora e meia pra chegar , quando chegou a pizza fora do padrão sem recheio borda queimada e fria , liguei falei com a Thalita infelizmente não tive êxito, nem se quer quiseram trocar a pizza .
Enfim gastei 70 reais , sem condições de comer a pizza , perderam mas um cliente , pq ném se quer se ofereceram pra trocar a pizza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui duas vezes e as duas vezes fui super mal atendida. Liguei pra fazer o pedido e a moça não quis fazer meu pedido, disse que eu teria que ir lá fazer o pedido no balcão. Fui lá fazer o pedido e quando terminei de fazer o pedido paguei. Minutos depois ela me chamou e disse que havia acabado a esfiha de carne. Tive que trazer de outro sabor. Elas fazem muito pouco das pessoas, trabalham mal humoradas e não tem a menor simpatia com os clientes, detalhe não deixaram o motoqueiro fazer minha entrega. Comprei lá só pq não conheço outra pizzaria aqui no bairro.
Terrible service, I went twice and both times was super underserved. I called to make the request and the girl did not want to place my order, said I had to go there to order at the counter. I went there to order and when I finished ordering paid. Minutes later she called me and said he had just the esfiha meat. I had to bring another flavor. They do very little of people, ill humored work and have no sympathy with customers, detail have left the biker make my delivery. I bought there just cuz I know no other pizzeria in the neighborhood.

A entrega teve um atrasado de 40min, um grande problema como a pizza foi entregue e uma péssima solução ao entrar com contato com a pizzaria para resolução da situação. Um lugar que ja havia pedido outras vezes, mas nunca precisei do atendimento e um estabelecimento que oferece uma pizza de quase R$100, o MÍNIMO é oferecer um bom atendimento!
Pizza is good, but the service is terrible!
The delivery was delayed by 40 minutes, a big problem as the pizza was delivered and a bad solution when contacting the pizzeria to resolve the situation. A place that I had asked for other times, but never needed the service and an establishment that offers a pizza for almost R$100, the MINIMUM is to offer good service!
