★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que pedimos lá, sempre vem faltando algo, mas dessa vez foi demais kkkkkkkkk pedi 3 pizzas, 1 broto e 1 referi e adivinhem? Só veio o Refri kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk rindo de desespero, meu marido quis pular do prédio kkkkkkkkkkkk aiaiai péssimo!
 Every time we order there, something is always missing, but this time it was too much kkkkkkkkk I ordered 3 pizzas, 1 sprout and 1 mentioned and guess what? Just came the Refri kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk laughing in despair, my husband wanted to jump from the building kkkkkkkkkkkk aiaiai terrible!

Pedi algumas vezes lá, dão o prazo de 40 minutos e demoram mais de uma hora e meia, quando liga pra reclamar, dizem que estão sob nova direção, ou que houve problemas com o motoboy, que o pedido já é o próximo. Lamentável o sabor da pizza é muito bom, mas perderam o cliente por falta de responsabilidade!!!
Terrible
I asked a few times there, they give me 40 minutes and it takes over an hour and a half, when I call to complain, they say they are under new direction, or that there were problems with the motoboy, that the order is already the next one. The pizza's unfortunate taste is very good, but they lost the customer for lack of responsibility !!!

Falaram que o tempo de espera era de 40min, passaram-se 1:20h e nada da pizza chegar.
Liguei para reclamar, e a resposta foi absurda "tivemos que trocar a pizza de um cliente que mora aí perto 2x pq eles esqueceram de avisar que não come carne e como vai junto, estamos aguardando". Achei um absurdo esperar por erro que não foi nosso, esperar uma vida e comer a pizza fria!
A primeira experiência com essa pizzaria não foi boa, insistimos em uma segunda chance (por se tratar de indicação) e a experiência foi péssima novamente!
Second time I order at this pizzeria and both times were exactly the same experience!
They said that the waiting time was 40 minutes, 1: 20h passed and nothing of the pizza arrived.
I called to complain, and the answer was absurd "we had to change the pizza of a customer who lives nearby 2x because they forgot to tell us that they don't eat meat and how it goes together, we are waiting". I thought it was absurd to wait for a mistake that was not ours, to wait a lifetime and eat the cold pizza!
The first experience with this pizzeria was not good, we insisted on a second chance (as it is an indication) and the experience was terrible again!

I don't recommend, late delivery, then you call no one answers, the same thing happened twice, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza carijó (frango, catupiry e milho) e entregaram uma caipira (frango, mussarela, bacon e milho). Muito saborosa porém por conta do sabor fiz uma avaliação ruim no app Ifood.
Passados aprox. 10 min da minha avaliação um numero do ifood me ligou, era o representante do restaurante se desculpando e oferecendo outra entrega, sem nenhum custo por conta do mal entendido. Fiquei espantada, pois isso nao é comum, fiquei confusa mas aceitei.
Passado um tempo o entregador buzina e entrega uma pizza carijó quentinha no capricho e realmente muito boa, satisfez minha votade!!
Só tenho elogios ao restaurante e aos empregados (entregadores do ifood muito educados também) pela forma de se portar, além de terem um precinho camarada, indico muitíssimo.
Obrigado aos envolvidos por pensarem no próximo, a lara tava forte.
I ordered a carijó pizza (chicken, catupiry and corn) and they delivered a caipira (chicken, mozzarella, bacon and corn). Very tasty but because of the flavor I made a bad rating on the Ifood app.
After approx. 10 min from my evaluation a number from ifood called me, it was the restaurant representative apologizing and offering another delivery, at no cost due to the misunderstanding. I was amazed, because this is not common, I was confused but I accepted.
After a while the delivery man honks his horn and delivers a hot carijó pizza on the whim and really very good, it satisfied my vote !!
I only have praise for the restaurant and the employees (ifood couriers are very polite too) for the way they behave, in addition to having a nice little buddy, I recommend a lot.
Thanks to those involved for thinking about the next, the lara was strong.

00:47 nunca chegou, ligo no local ninguém atende, o telefone fica em espera, nenhuma satisfação... Lamentável

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pizzaria péssima. Para não dizer pior. Sem nenhum compromisso com cliente não respondem no ifood não atendem o telefone. Pedi a pizza as 20:00 e não chegou. Não gosta de trabalhar não abre pizzaria. Pq se tivesse eo mínimo de responsabilidade faria o mínimo de atender os clientes corretamente. Façam pedidos em qualquer lugar menos nessa pizzaria
A bad pizzeria. Not to say worse. Without any commitment to the customer, they don't answer on ifood they don't answer the phone. I ordered the pizza at 8pm and it didn't arrive. He doesn't like to work, he doesn't open a pizzeria. Because if I had the least responsibility, I would do the least to serve customers correctly. Order anywhere but this pizzeria

Porém, já pela 3ª vez em que nós pedimos aí é uma grande demora para efetuar a entrega e sou eu quem tenho que ficar mandando mensagem para que possam dar um parecer. Nós ligamos aí e não atendem... Mais de uma hora e meia para a chegada das pizzas e isso nos desanimou um pouco! Peço que levem como algo construtivo. Nós gostamos de verdade das pizzas de vocês! Só pedimos que possam melhorar!
Well, the idea of the family combo is 10/10 too good!
However, for the 3rd time that we ordered it, there is a long delay to make the delivery and I have to keep sending a message so that they can give an opinion. We called there and they didn't answer... More than an hour and a half for the pizzas to arrive and that put us off a little! I ask you to take it as something constructive. We really like your pizzas! We only ask that you can improve!
