★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei o que aconteceu, mas a qualidade da pizza caiu bastante. Até entendo cobrarem a borda recheado, mas a pizza está mais fina, menos recheada e meu último pedido ainda veio errado. Era bem melhor antes.
I don't know what happened, but the quality of the pizza dropped a lot. I even understand that they charge the stuffed edge, but the pizza is thinner, less stuffed and my last order still came wrong. It was much better before.

The quality has dropped a lot people! Raw and hard pizza I don't recommend it to anyone else don't buy it anymore and the answer we have is the same let's go to the responsible sector and the attendant pretends to be misunderstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo com o comentário da Rafaella Oliveira, sempre comprei dessa pizzaria desde a sua inauguração, porém de um tempo pra cá tem deixando muuuito a desejar, não é a mesma qualidade. Ressalto que das ultimas entregas, veio com a massa grossa e queimada """"padrão"""".

Apenas para complementar a resposta, uma vez que o google não permite um novo comentário.
Prezado: Sr. Proprietário,
Acredito que não tenha ocorrido a devida interpretação de texto da parte de vocês.
A reclamação feita neste, foi a respeito da pizza estar queimada e dura, o recheio é apenas um dos detalhes, rs.
Gostaria de deixar claro, que a ‘’pior avaliação possível dada'', conforme informado por vocês, é por um próprio erro da própria gestão da empresa, ou o próprio setor responsável, em momento algum falei sobre o recheio neste comentário.
O mínimo que vocês deveriam ter feito, era realizar a troca da pizza, uma vez que receberam imagens onda mostra CLARAMENTE que a pizza estava queimada.
Ressalto, o comentário feito nesta plataforma digital, é devido a falta de compromisso com o cliente, pois posso AFIRMAR, não tive retorno sobre a insatisfação.

I believe that you did not correctly interpret the text.
The complaint made in this one was about the pizza being burnt and hard, the filling is just one of the details, lol.
I would like to make it clear that the ''worst possible assessment given'', as informed by you, is due to a mistake made by the company's own management, or the responsible sector itself, at no time did I talk about the filling in this comment.
The least you should have done was replace the pizza, once you received images that CLEARLY show that the pizza was burnt.
I emphasize, the comment made on this digital platform is due to the lack of commitment to the customer, as I can AFFIRM, I had no return on dissatisfaction.

Sempre que possível pedimos pizza da Máfia e tb sempre recomendamos, pois sempre nos atendeu, digo em questão de acessibilidade, qualidade....
Mas nunca havia icorrido um problema com a pizzaria, até que infelizmente, pedirmos uma pizza doce, no qual veio completamente queimada.
Foram enviadas fotos, mensagens pelo WhatsApp e o único retorno que tivemos: " vamos verificar com o setor responsável".
Não houve a preocupação em manter o cliente, mesmo após informar que só havia sido possível comer a Pizza de forma parcial.
Ou seja, não peço nunca mais, não recomendo e se perguntar direi que fiquei totalmente insatisfeita.
Espero que com o feedback informado a cima e tbm em diversos outros comentários, levem a sério o pós venda do cliente e tenham mais responsabilidade com o mesmo.

Bad feedback from the customer.
Whenever possible we order pizza from the Mafia and we always recommend it, because it always served us, I say in terms of accessibility, quality....
But there had never been a problem with the pizzeria, until unfortunately, we ordered a sweet pizza, which came completely burnt.
Photos, messages were sent by WhatsApp and the only response we had: "let's check with the responsible sector".
There was no concern about keeping the customer, even after informing that it had only been possible to eat the Pizza partially.
In other words, I never ask again, I don't recommend it and if I ask I'll say I was totally dissatisfied.
I hope that with the feedback informed above and also in several other comments, they take the customer's after-sales service seriously and have more responsibility with it.
