Mas em meio a pandemia motoqueiros atenderem sem máscaras aos seus clientes é inaceitável.
Já é a segunda vez que reclamo.
Imagino ter que parar de ser cliente para poderem ajeitar a situação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que decepção ! Fazia tempo que não comprava pizza na Donatello. A qualidade caiu muito !! Cobram 47 reais numa pizza que outras cobram 35 : pizza mal recheada, requeijão barato, sem borda recheada, e preparada com desleixo, pois não tiraram uma sola cheia de gordura de bacon. Cortaram a sola, jogaram no meio, colocaram na pizza, assaram, não conferiram e mandaram. Lamentável !! Melhor ficar nas esfihas de 2 reais que valem o preço pago, e nada mais.
What a disappointment! It had been a while since I had bought pizza at Donatello. The quality dropped a lot !! They charge 47 reais on a pizza that others charge 35: poorly stuffed pizza, cheap curd, without a stuffed edge, and prepared with sloppiness, as they did not remove a sole full of bacon fat. They cut the sole, threw it in the middle, put it on the pizza, baked it, didn't check it and sent it. Unfortunate !! Better to stay at the $ 2 esfihas that are worth the price paid, and nothing more.
