Terrible attendance. A lot of delay in service and especially in delivery. It took nearly two hours to deliver a pizza. Total lack of respect for the customer. Grade 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já tive. Atendente com má vontade... pedi minha pizza, esperei uma hora e meia pra me entregarem a pizza errada. Liguei pra relatar e disseram que o motoboy iria trazer a pizza correta, esperei mais 40 min e nada...liguei a terceira vez e só aí a atendente pensou em resolver o problema, sendo que já havia ligado antes... pararam de atender meu número e tive que ligar do telefone da minha esposa, e aí atenderam... então cancelei o pedido e pedi meu dinheiro de volta, tive que esperar mais meia hora pra devolverem meu dinheiro. Tudo isso com a pizzaria estando a 600 metros da minha casa... Ridículo a má vontade desse pessoal em atender e em corrigir seus próprios erros... Não recomendo. Esperei até as 23 hrs pra devolverem meu dinheiro com visitas em casa e sem pizza... HORRÍVEL.
Worst service I've ever had. Unwilling attendant... I ordered my pizza, waited an hour and a half to get the wrong pizza. I called to report and they said that the motoboy would bring the correct pizza, I waited another 40 min and nothing...I called the third time and only then did the attendant think about solving the problem, as she had already called before... they stopped answering my number and I had to call from my wife's phone, and then they answered... so I canceled the order and asked for my money back, I had to wait another half hour to get my money back. All this with the pizzeria being 600 meters from my house... Ridiculous, the unwillingness of these people to attend and correct their own mistakes... I don't recommend it. I waited until 23 hrs to return my money with visits at home and no pizza... HORRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre meu lanche veio bom. Neste dia veio péssimo, fiz minha reclamação mas nem se quer fui respondida. Hoje uma amiga que eu indiquei disse que tbm não veio legal o lanche dela. Uma pena mesmo não saber lidar com os clientes quando se tem problemas. Creio que se o dono não tem conhecimento do que está acontecendo vão perder muitos clientes.
My lunch was always good. On this day it came very bad, I made my complaint but I wasn't even answered. Today a friend that I referred said that her snack didn't come well either. It's a shame not to know how to deal with customers when you have problems. I believe that if the owner is not aware of what is happening, they will lose many customers.

I placed an order and waited an hour and a half, I didn't receive the snack because I had to make something to eat, and that had already happened again.

Descaso atendentes grossos e entregadores altamente mal educados .Não tem preparo algum pra atendimento ao cliente . Infelizmente a pizza e boa mais o quadro de funcionários péssimo !

I neglect rude attendants and highly rude delivery men. They don't have any preparation for customer service. Unfortunately the pizza is good but the staff is terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, amo os produtos mas infelizmente tem funcionários totalmente despreparados para exercer a função, meu pedido veio com um poblema entrei em contato para informar e a bonita da atendente ja veio com cinco pedras na mão, pedi para falar com o gerente e a mesma me informou que era ela mesma (Mentiu), mas por um lado foi bom ela teve uma otima aula de como se deve tratar um cliente já que seu chefe não da o devido treinamento, aliás educação vem de berço.
Infelizmente perderam mais uma cliente, posso amar os produtos mas se o atendimento e péssimo o produto perde seu valor, estou pagando e ainda tenho q levar desaforo? Capaz.
Proprietário treine seus atendentes e cobre deles o melhor atendimento, assim vc enche seu bolso com qualidade. Pois aqui oque mais tem e reclamações sobre o PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
