★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era bom antigamente, pedia pizza e em até 30 minutos chegava. Agora uma pizza pra entrega demora quase 2 horas !!! Infelizmente caiu muito a qualidade e o atendimento ao cliente. Uma pena !
It was good in the old days, ordered pizza and within 30 minutes it arrived. Now a pizza delivery takes almost 2 hours !!! Unfortunately, quality and customer service have dropped a lot. A feather !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento ao cliente caiu muito. Eu era uma das clientes mais antiga.Hoje pedi uma pizza com uma coca- cola esqueceram minha coca e ainda mandaram depois a mesma sem gás. Devolvi e fiquei sem a coca e sem meu dinheiro. Aff
Customer service has plummeted. I was one of the oldest customers. Today I ordered a pizza with a coke, they forgot my coke and still sent it without gas. I returned it and I was without the coca and without my money. Aff

Eu era cliente, pedia toda semana, digo era pq dês de hoje não compro mais nada nesse local, se tiverem um problema com o pedido de vocês podem esquecer que não vão conseguir solução, completo desrespeito e compromisso com os clientes, qualidade dos produtos principalmente da pizza caiu e muito ! Não compre ! Existe outras pizzarias na região bem melhores e que respeitam os clientes.
The worst service ever! Completely unprepared and uneducated people! I was a customer, I ordered every week, I say it was because since today I don't buy anything at this place anymore, if you have a problem with your order, you can forget that you won't get a solution, complete disrespect and commitment to customers, product quality mainly of the pizza fell and a lot! Do not buy ! There are other pizzerias in the region that are much better and that respect their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fiquei o dia todo procurando pizzarias na região pois sou nova aqui. Escolhi a pizzaria nosso sabor pela boa avaliação das entregas no Google maps. Fiz meu pedido as 19 horas de uma plena segunda feira, me deram o parado de entrega de 40 minutos. Passado esse prazo a pizza não chegou mandei várias mensagens no WhatsApp que foram visualizadas e não respondida . Tive que pedir um amigo meu pra ligar pra mim saber oque houve. Disseram que o motoqueiro teve um problema na moto. E não deram prazo . Eu ainda mandando mensagem no WhatsApp que eram visualizadas apenas, pedi o cancelamento do pedido. Mandei um áudio expressando minha indignação, não tanto com a demora da entrega mas o péssimo atendimento ao cliente. A moça ouviu e meu áudio e simplesmente disse que tiveram um problema e não avisaram pq ela achou que não era nada grave pra avisar. Disse que a pizza estava a caminho q cabia a mim decidir se pegava ou não. Ou seja faltou empatia e carisma com cliente . Trabalho no Habbibs e sei que imprevistos acontecem, mas um bom atendimento ao cliente é essencial. Resultado... Recebi a pizza 20:30 morna .e não peço e nem recomendo o estabelecimento mais. Não pq demorou mas porque não souberam mediar conflito entre cliente e estabelecimento. Eu como trabalho na área sei que não é uma tarefa dificultosa avisar o cliente do atraso numa plena segunda feira ás 8 da noite .
Today I spent all day looking for pizzerias in the region because I'm new here. I chose the pizzeria our flavor because of the good evaluation of the deliveries on Google maps. I placed my order at 7 pm on a full Monday, they gave me a 40-minute delivery stop. After this deadline, the pizza did not arrive, I sent several messages on WhatsApp that were viewed and not responded to. I had to ask a friend of mine to call me to find out what happened. They said the biker had a problem with his bike. And they didn't give a deadline. I was still sending messages on WhatsApp that were only viewed, I asked to cancel the order. I sent an audio expressing my indignation, not so much with the delay in delivery but with the terrible customer service. The girl listened to my audio and simply said they had a problem and didn't warn me because she thought it was nothing serious to warn. Said the pizza was on its way and it was up to me to decide whether to take it or not. In other words, there was a lack of empathy and charisma with the client. I work at Habbibs and I know that unexpected things happen, but good customer service is essential. Result... I received the warm pizza at 8:30 pm and I don't order or recommend the establishment anymore. Not because it took but because they didn't know how to mediate conflict between customer and establishment. As I work in the area, I know that it is not a difficult task to notify the customer of the delay on a full Monday at 8 pm.
