★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos meia calabresa e meia frango. A calabresa estava ótima, mas o frango estava claramente azedo.
Reclamamos e a gerente diz que experimentou e nāo havia nada errado e embalou a pizza viagem. Pagamos a conta e deixamos a pizza lá.
 We ordered half pepperoni and half chicken. The pepperoni was great, but the chicken was clearly sour.
We complain and the manager says she tried it and there was nothing wrong and packed the takeaway pizza. We paid the bill and left the pizza there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos! Fomos na pizzaria ontem e pedimos uma meio frango e meia calabresa. O frango estava com gosto estranho, azedo, reclamei com a garçonete que depois de um tempo voltou e disse que estava normal. A gerente não veio conversar conosco. Colocaram a pizza numa caixa e falaram pra gente levar, se quiséssemos. Pagamos a pizza mas não levamos.
Terrible! We went to the pizzeria yesterday and ordered a half chicken and half pepperoni. The chicken tasted weird, sour, I complained to the waitress who after a while came back and said it was ok. The manager didn't come to talk to us. They put the pizza in a box and told us to take it if we wanted. We paid for the pizza but we didn't take it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima localização, excelente atendimento e preço justo. Pizza no forno a lenha bem recheado. Foi a primeira pizza que comi em São Vicente. Estava encucado pois ouvi dizer que não existiam boas pizzas por aqui. Observando o movimento na rua (esta pizzaria fica no final da rua onde tenho imóvel) vi que todos os dias muita gente comprava a pizza e retornava para as casas. Resolvi passar no restaurante, observei o clima, peguei um cardápio e trouxe para casa. Fiz meu pedido ( o básico margerita e calabresa) chegou rápido quentinho e com uma cordialidade muito admirável do entregador. Recomendo, pretendo pedir novamente. Parabéns a equipe de atendimento da Pizzaria Policarpo.
Great location, excellent service and fair price. Pizza in a wood-fired oven well stuffed. It was the first pizza I ate in São Vicente. I was worried because I heard that there were no good pizzas around here. Watching the movement on the street (this pizzeria is at the end of the street where I have a property) I saw that every day many people bought pizza and returned to their homes. I decided to stop by the restaurant, observed the weather, took a menu and brought it home. I placed my order (the basic margerita and pepperoni) it arrived quickly, hot and with a very admirable cordiality from the delivery man. Recommend, plan to order again. Congratulations to the Pizzeria Policarpo service team.

Pedi uma pizza portuguesa e outra meia Sicíliana e meia marguerita ... mas a meia marguerita veio meia mussalera. Liguei para comunicar o erro e me disseram que estava certo e SÓ faltou o manjericão ? ... pedi que o erro fosse corrigido ... e só aceitaram enviar umaa pizza broto do sabor correto após o envio da foto. Mandei a foto e quando chegaram exigiram os 4 pedaços como troca! Isso foi muito humilhante !!! O que acham? Que estamos reclamando pra obter vantagem e comer mais alguns pedaços!??? Deveriam pedir desculpas pelo erro e atender bem os clientes e não dúvidar deles.
Estou totalmente decepcionada!
Nunca mãos peço pizza aqui.
CHANGE THIS MANAGER!
I ordered a Portuguese pizza and a half Sicilian pizza and a half margherita... but the half margherita came with half mozzarella. I called to report the error and they told me it was right and ONLY the basil was missing ?... I asked for the error to be corrected... and they only accepted to send a pizza sprout of the correct flavor after sending the photo. I sent the photo and when they arrived they demanded the 4 pieces as an exchange! That was very humiliating!!! What do you think? That we're complaining to get the upper hand and eat a few more pieces!??? They should apologize for the mistake and serve customers well and not doubt them.
I'm totally disappointed!
I never order pizza here.
