★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo telefone é um pouco confuso, pois ela atende você e outras pessoas ao mesmo tempo.
O sabor da pizza é bom, porém essa semana pedi de um sabor e me enviaram de outro, liguei para reclamar e não recebi nenhum pedido de desculpas, senti até estar incomodando, por fim ela me deu um brinde para a próxima compra.
Sou cliente a anos, porém a demora na entrega e os valores caros em relação a outras pizzarias, pesam na hora da escolha.
 Telephone service is a little confusing, as it serves you and others at the same time.
The taste of the pizza is good, but this week I asked for one flavor and was sent for another, I called to complain and I didn't receive an apology, I even felt uncomfortable, finally she gave me a toast for the next purchase.
I have been a customer for years, but the delay in delivery and the expensive values in relation to other pizzerias, weigh when choosing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa, porém demora bastante para entregar, moro a 4 km do local e a da última vez demorou quase duas horas para entregar e detalhe veio uma das pizzas com sabor errado. O atendimento é péssimo, nenhum pedido de desculpas apenas se aceitaria outra entrega. Recomendo apenas se não tiver pressa e fome.
The pizza is good, but it takes a long time to deliver, I live 4 km from the place and the last time it took almost two hours to deliver and detail came one of the wrong flavored pizzas. The service is terrible, no apology would just accept another delivery. I recommend it only if you are not in a hurry and hungry.

Quero expressar apenas a falta de respeito e profissionalismo. Acho que uma pizzaria assim não demonstra a tradição que São Paulo tem por suas pizzas e muito menos respeito aos seus clientes.
We got a pizza voucher, we ordered around 7:45 pm and now it's 12:27 am and it hasn't arrived. We called to see if it was yet to arrive and say yes, that at 23:30.
I just want to express the lack of respect and professionalism. I think that a pizzeria does not demonstrate the tradition that São Paulo has for its pizzas and much less respect for its customers.
