★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Liguei para questionar o agendamento de um usg de emergência, disse que minha pet já é acompanhada na vetimagem da zona norte. O atendente grosseiramente informou que já teria paciente as 09hrs e não poderia me atender. Questiono se não teria outro horário e o mesmo informa que o próximo horário seria apenas para o período da tarde. Que o outro estabelecimento com o mesmo nome COPIOU o nome da empresa por uma história antiga e que eles não estavam mais em parceria... Ok, o que eu tenho haver com isso?
 Terrible attendance. I called to question the scheduling of an emergency usg, said that my pet is already accompanied in the vetimagem of the northern zone. The attendant rudely informed me that he would have a patient at 9:00 am and could not answer me. I wonder if there would be another time and it says that the next time would be only for the afternoon. That the other establishment with the same name COPYED the name of the company for an old story and that they were no longer in partnership ... Okay, what do I have to do with this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando vamos nesses lugares para fazer exames em nossos bichinhos muitas vezes nos encontramos fragilizados e vulneráveis, afinal alguém que amamos muito esta ali doente diante de nós. E eu nunca fui tão bem tratada como nesse lugar!!! Me senti acolhida, senti que minha gatinha foi muito bem tratada na hora de fazer os exames eles são super cuidadosos...
Desde a recepcionista até veterinárias e as moças dos exames exalam "cuidado e carinho" estão de Parabéns!.
Que a Vetimagem cresça muito e que todos saibam da existência de vocês..
Bom seria se todo lugar fosse como esse.
O preço é o melhor de todos que pesquisei e eles respondem super rápido.

When we go to these places to do tests on our pets, we often find ourselves fragile and vulnerable, after all, someone we love very much is sick there before us. And I have never been treated so well as in this place !!! I felt welcomed, I felt that my kitten was treated very well when taking the exams they are super careful ...
From the receptionist to veterinarians and the exam girls exude "care and affection" are to be congratulated !.
