★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total com o cliente, eles se propõem em atender via telefone e wastspp porém o telefone só chama e o Whatsapp visualiza a mensagem e não responde, fiquei 1 hora tentando ser atendida e nada, quando questionei no Whatsapp não obtive nenhuma resposta e nem um simples pedido de desculpas, lamentável.
Total disregard for the customer, they propose to answer via phone and wastspp, but the phone only calls and Whatsapp displays the message and doesn't respond, I spent 1 hour trying to be answered and nothing, when I asked on Whatsapp I didn't get any answer or one simple apology, regrettable.
