★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a muito tempo as pizzas são boas quando chegam em sua casa, mas de algum tempo pra cá demoram muito mas muito mesmo pra entregarem não sei se o proprietário tem outra atividade financeira por não se atentar as melhorias que deve fazer com o atendimento aos clientes começando pelo atendimento telefônico,tempo de entrega e tudo mais.
 I've been a customer for a long time, the pizzas are good when they arrive at your house, but for some time now they take a long time to be delivered, I don't know if the owner has another financial activity because he doesn't pay attention to the improvements he should make with the customer service customers starting with phone service, delivery time and everything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esfhiras são boas, mas quando se trata de atendimento péssimo, ainda mais não foi uma vez foram várias vezes, que pedido entregam errado agente liga reclamando parecem que acham ruim e ainda mais demoram mais de uma hora para mandar o produto que vem faltando sendo que já está pago e eles que ma dar errado, e mais uma vez se liga reclama do parece que o errado e o cliente e não a pizzaria que mandou errado o pedido, falta de respeito total com o cliente.Nao iria colocar aqui na avaliação mas como não foi uma vez só acho justo colocar essa reclamação para ver se melhoram o atendimento e prestem mais atenção na hora de montar os pedidos.
Esfhiras are good, but when it comes to terrible service, even more it was not once, it was several times, that order is delivered wrong agent calls complaining they seem to think it is bad and even more they take more than an hour to send the missing product being that it's already paid and they want it to go wrong, and once again they complain about it seems that the wrong thing is the customer and not the pizzeria that sent the order wrong, lack of total respect for the customer. I wouldn't put it here in the review but as it was only once I think it's fair to put this complaint to see if they improve the service and pay more attention when assembling the orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gostaria de aqui fazer uma reclamação, pra ver se aqui eles dão algum tipo de atenção e tenham um pouco mais de respeito pelo cliente. Eu fiz um pedido de uma pizza e um refrigerante e pela terceira vez o refrigerante veio quente, como se tivessem retirado do plástico e enviado pra mim sem ao menos ter passado pela geladeira. Liguei na pizzaria e pedi pra falar com a gerente Fabiana( o nome que atendente me informou) onde a mesma nao quis me atender, e mais uma vez fez pouco caso do cliente. A atendente informou que a geladeira nao suporta a demanda de pedidos como se a culpa fosse minha. A qualidade da pizza é boa, porem a partir de hoje nao peço mais nada nessa pizzaria por causa do pouco caso, falta de respeito e pessimo atendimento.
I would like to make a complaint here, to see if they give some kind of attention here and have a little more respect for the customer. I ordered a pizza and a soda and for the third time the soda came hot, as if it had been taken out of the plastic and sent to me without even going through the fridge. I called the pizzeria and asked to speak with the manager Fabiana (the name that the attendant told me) where she didn't want to answer me, and once again she ignored the customer. The attendant informed that the refrigerator does not support the demand for orders as if it was my fault. The quality of the pizza is good, but as of today I won't order anything from this pizzeria because of the lack of care, lack of respect and bad service.
