 I've never seen a pizza take more than 2 hours to arrive, and I've lived in the pizzeria for 3 minutes. Anyway, never again!

Mas hoje pedi uma pizza e denoraram atender. Deppis que chegou tive que fazer novo pedido as 23: 22H porem eles disseram que nao aceitavam mais pedidos por causa do horário. Mas a atendente disse ue aceitaria pedidos ate as 23:30h.. infelismente me deixaram na mao.. perderam cliente... nao compro mais nesse lugar insatisfacao de cliente. . Boa sorte a todos.

But today I ordered a pizza and they complained. When Deppis arrived, I had to make a new order at 11:22 pm, but they said they would not accept any more orders because of the time. But the clerk said that I would accept orders until 23: 30h. Unhappily they left me in the hand .. they lost customers ... I don't buy more in this place, customer dissatisfaction. . Good luck to everyone.

I super recommend this pizzeria, it was the first time I ordered it, Super Tasty, Very Caprichada, It arrived at the agreed time. Well I loved my first experience !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira experiência foi bastante estressante, pedido não chegava nunca, no Ifood indicava que o pedido já havia sido despachado. Em conversa pelo WhatsApp do estabelecimento, fui informado que havia saído o pedido, depois de 30 minutos, liguei para a atendente, e expliquei a situação e fui surpreendo que fizeram maior confusão no meu pedido e que não havia nem se quer feito a pizza. Nunca vê tamanha incompetência e desrespeito. Fica aqui o desabafo, tive que cancelar depois de aproximadamente duas horas de espera.
First experience was quite stressful, order never arrived, in Ifood it indicated that the order had already been dispatched. In a conversation through WhatsApp at the establishment, I was informed that the order had come out, after 30 minutes, I called the attendant, and explained the situation and I was surprised that they made more confusion in my order and that there was not even wanted to make the pizza. He never sees such incompetence and disrespect. Here is the outburst, I had to cancel after approximately two hours of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de pizza, e pedi sem cebolas. A pizza veio com cebolas, mandei uma mensagem para a pizzaria, falando apenas que era pra pizza ter vindo sem cebolas, eles visualizaram e não responderam...Nem ao menos um pedido de desculpas.
Não recomendo...
I ordered a pizza, and I ordered it without onions. The pizza came with onions, I sent a message to the pizzeria, saying only that the pizza was supposed to come without onions, they saw it and didn't respond... Not even an apology.

pedi uma pizza portuguesa e fazia muito tempo que nao pedia, ai resolvi pedi ate comentei cmg msm que haviam melhorado na massa e tudo, mas por incidente veio um pedaço de ovo grande e quando coloquei na boca senti um cheiro de ovo podre ? e nisso a pizza estava ainda na metade pedi outra
e queriam me mandar um broto
ai ate que me mandaram inteira mais com muitass cebolas
pedi toscana pois fiquei com nojo e nao queria mais a portuguesa sinceramente decepcionada olha a quantidade de cebola e tamanho que veio
