★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa, o preço também...mas já é a terceira vez que demora mais de 2 horas para chegar. Perguntei quanto tempo demoraria e a atendente disse que era 1h para a entrega. Era só falarem a verdade e eu decido se aceito esperar ou não. Uma vez a gente entende, a segunda não ficamos felizes mas não reclamamos, mas hj realmente foi a última vez que comprei.
The pizza is good, the price too ... but it is already the third time that it takes more than 2 hours to arrive. I asked how long it would take and the attendant said it was 1 am for delivery. It was just telling the truth and I decide if I accept to wait or not. Once we understand, the second we are not happy but we do not complain, but today was really the last time I bought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei DUAS horas esperando meu pedido fiz um pedido simples de duas Pizzas e um refrigerante a atendente me passou que em 60min meu pedido estaria sendo entregue fiz meu pedido as 22:00hrs o motoboy foi chegar em minha residência às 00:05 porém meus filhos acabaram dormindo pedindo pizza e um casal de amigos que estavam em casa foram embora pois o horário já estava apertado para eles e amanhã cedo eles tem uma viagem marcada deixo aqui a minha indignação com a falta de profissionalismo pois fiquei com a cara no chão sem saber o que dizer para meus convidados.....
Se depender da minha indicação não indico pra ninguém ou contratem pessoas capacidadas ou é falta de gerenciamento por que 120min pra entregar duas pizzas perderam um cliente de verdade......
I was two hours waiting for my order I made a simple order of two Pizzas and a soda the clerk passed me that in 60min my order would be delivered I placed my order at 22: 00hrs the motoboy was arriving at my residence at 00:05 but my children ended up sleeping ordering pizza and a couple of friends who were home left because the time was already tight for them and early tomorrow they have a scheduled trip I leave here my indignation with the lack of professionalism because I was face down without knowing the to say to my guests .....
If it depends on my statement did not indicate to anyone or hire capacidadas people or is lack of management why 120min to deliver two pizzas lost a real customer ......

Tive experiências horrendas referente ao atendimento da funcionária Nicole, que desde o início nunca se atentou aos meus pedidos e quando reclamo ou solicito providências, não faz nada pra compensar o erro. Só frustração ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, a atendente Nicole responsável pelos pedidos via Whatsapp e telefone é extremamente despreparada, desatenta, e atende de má vontade. Já recebi inúmeros pedidos errados, fiz diversas reclamações, e a mesma não se dispôs a resolver meu problema, afirmando apenas "pedimos desculpas, boa noite" (obs: e o problema se repete).
Sou chefe de cozinha, e não tolero ser mal atendida por uma pizzaria de quinta categoria.

Hoje não custa mais 20 reais, mas a qualidade é a mesma: excelente, e vale o preço que se paga, pois podemos escolher diversos sabores por um preço justo. Pra mim a melhor na região e não troco!! Sou bem atendida e nunca tive problemas!!
Although many reviews are negative, I have been shopping at this pizzeria for years. Today it no longer costs 20 reais, but the quality is the same: excellent, and worth the price you pay, as we can choose different flavors for a fair price. For me the best in the region and I don't change!! I am well attended and I never had any problems!!
