★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrasa completamente com o pedido, não adianta nada a pizza ser uma delícia e atrasar mais de 2h pra fazer uma poha de uma entrega!
Achei completamente absurdo o tempo de espera, a estimativa era de 60 a 70 minutos e esperamos mais de 140 minutos. Falta de respeito com o cliente, pq se nós pedimos uma pizza por delivery, é pra chegar rápido, não demorar mais de 2 horas pra entregar.
Nunca mais vamos pedir com vcs, ridículo essa falta de repsieot com o consumidor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Pizza costumava ser boa, recentemente me parece que a qualidade caiu muito, por exemplo, pizza de Calabresa com pedaços da casca, como se fosse a sobra da ponta, bem grosseiro mesmo. Os últimos pedidos, a massa veio bem crua. O atendimento também já foi melhor, hoje parece que estão te fazendo um favor em atender o telefone, sempre esquecem as observações que passamos. Por fim, a entrega, incrivelmente absurda, a última entrega demorou 3 horas, obviamente cancelamos o pedido pois não chegava nunca, avisamos previamente que não receberíamos mais a pizza.
Pizza used to be good, recently it seems to me that the quality has dropped a lot, for example, pepperoni pizza with pieces of the skin, as if it were the leftover tip, very crude indeed. The last orders, the dough came very raw. The service was also better, today it seems that they are doing you a favor by answering the phone, they always forget the observations we made. Finally, the delivery, incredibly absurd, the last delivery took 3 hours, we obviously canceled the order because it never arrived, we warned in advance that we would no longer receive the pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até agora...desde 2018 quando mudei pra Itatiba. A melhor pizzaria daqui!! Inclusive eles tem pizza de massa integral que é simplesmente MARAVILHOSA! SUPER RECOMENDO!
Until now...since 2018 when I moved to Itatiba. The best pizzeria here!! They even have whole crust pizza which is simply WONDERFUL! SUPER RECOMMEND!
