Delays in delivery and pizza without filling, bad service over the phone, uneducated and when receiving a relevant complaint is not sorry. Pizza looks processed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de uma pizza de mussarela, a pizza veio aparecendo o fundo da massa de tão pouco que veio de mussarela, liguei para fazer uma reclamação e a pessoa responsável meio que não se importou disse para eu continuar ligando e pedindo pizza, ficamos chateados com essa resposta, não queríamos outra pizza mas pelo menos um pedido de desculpa ou que na próxima vez vai caprichar... Essa foi minha experiência.
I placed an order for a mozzarella pizza, the pizza came showing at the bottom of the dough so little it came from mozzarella, I called to make a complaint and the responsible person kind of didn't mind told me to keep calling and ordering pizza, we were upset with that answer, we didn't want another pizza but at least an apology or that next time you'll fancy... That was my experience.
