Pedi uma pizza pelo iFood e o combinado que fosse entregue era até as 21:34 quando foi 21:22 uma funcionária me ligou informando que estava atrasada e que minha pizza seria a próxima a fazer e me informou que em 35 minutos seria entregue às 22:35 o motoboy chegou em minha porta com uma hora de atraso do pedido inicial e mais de meia hora do segundo combinado. Achei uma falta de respeito imensa a empresa atrasar duas vezes o meu pedido.
About pizza I can not give my opinion because I did not even eat. I ordered a pizza from iFood and the combo that was delivered was until 21:34 when it was 9:22 pm an employee called me informing me that I was late and that my pizza would be the next one to do and informed me that in 35 minutes it would be delivered at 22 : 35 The motoboy arrived at my door with an hour late of the initial request and more than half an hour of the second combined. I found a lack of immense respect for the company to delay my order twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é uma delícia! Mas precisam melhorar o atendimento ao cliente! Imprevistos realmente acontecem, mas o cliente merece ser avisado!! Esperei mais de 1hr, quando perguntei minha pizza ainda estava assando, depois de mais de duas horas eu soube que eles estavam sem motoboy, mas só fiquei ciente porque perguntei, porqe até então a atendente não tinha dado satisfação! Um desrespeito total com o cliente isso! No fim tive que ir buscar, pois já estava muito tarde pra fazer um novo pedido em outro lugar e mesmo assim não me ofereceram nenhum bombom e muito menos um desconto pela demora absurda, falta de informação e pelo meu deslocamento!!! Não sabem tratar os clientes! Precisam melhorar!
The pizza is delicious! But they need to improve customer service! Unforeseen events really happen, but the client deserves to be warned !! I waited more than 1hr, when I asked my pizza was still baking, after more than two hours I knew they were without a courier, but I was only aware because I asked, because until then the attendant had not given satisfaction! A total disrespect to the customer that! In the end I had to go and get it, as it was too late to place a new order elsewhere and even then I was not offered any bonbons, much less a discount for the absurd delay, lack of information and my travel !!! They don't know how to treat customers! They need to improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei nesta pizzaria até pedir uma pizza e ela vir faltando ingredientes e com quase nada de recheio. Daí mencionaram que só eu reclamei até hoje . E boa ficou por isto . Boa sorte pra quem compra . Atendimento no quesito reclamação péssimo . Errar todo mundo erra . Mas reconhecer o erro é pra poucos . Nem azeitona veio . E falaram que eu que estava errado.
I always shopped at this pizzeria until I ordered a pizza and it came lacking ingredients and with almost no filling. Then they mentioned that only I complained until today. And good for it. Good luck to those who buy. Service in the question of terrible complaint. Make mistakes everyone makes mistakes. But recognizing the error is for few. Neither olive came. And they said I was wrong.
