★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comi várias vezes lá, mas as duas últimas vezes fiz o pedido e eles SIMPLISMENTE esqueceram, depois de 1 hora perguntei e só aí eles lembraram.. ..e demorou quase 2 horas pra entregar..
na primeira vez achei q era por causa do grande fluxo..mas na segunda vez já é falta de organização e atenção..
não adianta pizza Boa sem uma dinâmica..
 I have eaten several times there, but the last two times I made the request and they SIMPLY forgot, after 1 hour I asked and only then they remembered .. ..and it took almost 2 hours to deliver ..
the first time I thought it was because of the great flow .. but the second time it is already a lack of organization and attention ..
no good pizza without a dynamic ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre peço pizza aí, sempre dizia que era melhor pizza de Lauro, mas me decepcionei perdeu Qualidade, a pizza veio com a massa muito grossa e borrachuda, parecendo massa de pão pizza, não mandam mas catchup e maionese e a taxa sempre mudam de valor.
I always order pizza there, always said it was Lauro's best pizza, but I was disappointed lost Quality, the pizza came with a very thick and rubbery dough, looking like pizza dough, they don’t order but ketchup and mayonnaise and the rate always changes in value .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a quase dois anos ou mais no começo era excelente agora caiu muito hj mesmo fiz um pedido entrega demorou 1hora e 40minutos canselei o pedido isso pq moro quase na mesma rua da pizzaria e ninguém me explicou o pq da demora lamentável para quem é cliente como eu que comprava toda semana acabam de perder um cliente fora que por diversas vezes tentei falar com o dono e sou informada que ele nunca esta!!!
I have been a customer for almost two years or so at first it was excellent now it fell a lot today I even made an order delivery took 1 hour 40 minutes tired the order because I live almost in the same street as the pizza place and nobody explained to me why the pitiful delay for who is a customer Like me who bought every week just lost a customer out that several times I tried to talk to the owner and I am informed that he is never !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei uma pizza pelo o telefone e fui informando que em 45 minutos estaria recebendo a Pizza em casa. Deu 1 hora e eu liguei o atendente me informou que o moto Boy ja está na rua para entregar. Só que não chegou depois eu liguei e o mesmo informou que o Moto Boy entregou em outro lugar.. Nunca Mas Compro nessa Pizzaria com o Péssimo atendimento e organização.
I ordered a pizza over the phone and informed him that in 45 minutes I would be receiving the pizza at home. It took 1 hour and I called the attendant and informed me that the Moto Boy is already on the street to deliver. But it didn't arrive after I called and he said that Moto Boy delivered it somewhere else. Never But I Buy at this Pizzeria with the Poorest Service and Organization.
