★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, solicitei meu pedido, e não me enviaram, não atenderam o telefone e pelo WhatsApp não me responderam! Era pra ser a primeira vez porém nunca mais nem tento comprar
 Terrible service, I requested my order, and they didn't send me, they didn't answer the phone and via WhatsApp they didn't answer me! It was supposed to be the first time but I never even try to buy it again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo e desrespeito ao cliente! Fiz um pedido, e me entregaram a pizza errada. Ao reclamar, disseram que iriam trocar pela correta. Após 15 minutos chegou, novamente errada! Não troquei, mas fiquei extremamente insatisfeita e não volto a comprar nunca mais! Aconselho que procurem outro estabelecimento.
Lack of professionalism and disrespect for the customer! I placed an order, and they delivered the wrong pizza. When complaining, they said they would change it for the correct one. After 15 minutes it arrived, again wrong! I didn't change it, but I was extremely dissatisfied and I will never buy again! I advise you to look for another establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não deixarei de comprar, pois sempre fui bem atendida, o preço é justo e sempre vem um guaraná de brinde.
Infelizmente nós dois últimos meses, tive dois erros, o primeiro pediram desculpas dizendo que mudou o pizzaiolo e ofereceram a troca ou desconto do próximo pedido, escolhi o desconto, porém obtive após dois pedidos, informaram que só me dariam o desconto com a mesma atende do dia.. ok, recebi, passou. Hoje novamente um erro, não veio um ingrediente, pizza estava fria e com pouco recheio, informei apenas da falta do ingrediente. Me retornaram pedindo “mil desculpas”. Peço que avaliem por gentileza o atendimento e preparo. Já foi bem melhor a pizza. Espero não ter mais problemas. Estou sem sorte ultimamente.
I won't stop buying, as I've always been well attended, the price is fair and guarana always comes as a gift.
Unfortunately, in the last two months, I had two errors, the first one they apologized saying they changed the pizza maker and offered to exchange or discount the next order, I chose the discount, but I got it after two orders, they informed that they would only give me the discount with the same service of the day.. ok, received, passed. Today again an error, no ingredient came, pizza was cold and with little filling, I only informed of the lack of ingredient. They returned me asking “a thousand apologies”. I ask you to kindly evaluate the service and preparation. The pizza was much better. I hope I don't have any more problems. I've been out of luck lately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi boa,agora tem demorado bastante,já veio pizza errada,e para eu bloquear de vez,não mandaram refrigerante porquê acabou,provavelmente não tinha uma garrafa sequer de algum refrigerante mais caro.
It was good, now it has taken a long time, the wrong pizza came, and for me to block it once, they didn't send a soda because it ran out, probably there wasn't even a bottle of a more expensive soda.

Agora e 23:18 tem gente com muita fome aqui em casa palhaçada falaram que ia demorar mais 20 minutos e estou eu aqui a 40 minutos esperando com fome e raiva ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As pizzas são bem feitas: massa fina e saborosa, quantidade e qualidade dos recheios ótimas! A atendente é bem gentil e rápida, e não erra os pedidos. A entrega chega em menos de 30 minutos, mesmo aos fins de semana. Recomendo sempre!
The pizzas are well made: thin and tasty dough, quantity and quality of the fillings are great! The attendant is very kind and quick, and does not miss orders. Delivery arrives in less than 30 minutes, even on weekends. Always recommend!
