★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo iFood ontem uma pizza média de calabresa. Valor 23 reais mais 5 da entrega, total R$28. Quando a pizza chegou, mais de 1h30 depois!!!! O motoboy cobrou meu esposo o valor de R$35. E ele pagou. Ligamos para a pizzaria duas vezes, falaram que ia mandar o motoboy trazer o valor. Esperamos até meia noite, e não veio. Não é nem pelo valor, mas com a falta de respeito ao cliente, tanto pela demora da entrega quanto ao valor a mais a ser cobrado. Primeira e última vez que peço pizza neste lugar! ?
I ordered an average pepperoni pizza from iFood yesterday. Value 23 reais plus 5 delivery, total R $ 28. When the pizza arrived, more than 1h30 later !!!! The motoboy charged my husband the amount of R $ 35. And he paid. We called the pizzeria twice, said they would send the courier to bring the money. We waited until midnight, and it didn't come. It is not even for the value, but with the lack of respect for the customer, both due to the delay in delivery and the extra amount to be charged. First and last time I order pizza at this place! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, pedi a pizza as 21h deu 00:00 e nada. Toda vez que eu ligava contavam mentiras e mais mentiras: " já saiu, 10 min, 10 min, ta no forno" .
São tão mentirosos que me falaram que já tinha saído e depois falaram que estava no forno.
Fui falar sobre um desconto qualquer, devido a inconveniência, atraso, constrangimento etc. O dono me responde q a pizza era 10 reais ( no caso 3, 30 reais) q ñ tinha como. Aí eu falei, não estou pechinchando preço, todavia algo pra compensar td o atraso e mentiras, ñ fui atendido. Fica minha indignação com o serviço, ñ recomendo e nunca mais vou lá .

Horrible, ordered pizza 21h 00:00 and gave nothing. Every time I called they would tell lies and more lies: "It's gone, 10 min, 10 min, it's in the oven."
They are so liars that they told me they had already left and then they said they were in the oven.
I went to talk about any discount, due to inconvenience, delay, embarrassment etc. The owner tells me that the pizza was 10 reais (in this case 3, 30 reais) that had no way. Then I said, I'm not bargaining price, but something to compensate for all the delay and lies, I was not attended. My indignation with the service is, I do not recommend and never go there.
Note: don't ask!
