★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido nessa pizzaria através de um aplicativo, meu pedido foi cancelado pelo restaurante alegando que o entregador não foi atendido, sendo que ninguém apareceu, e me ligou.
Liguei diretamente para eles e informaram que não poderiam retornar para a entrega pois o entregador não tinha contato com a pizzaria, porém no próprio aplicativo têm a informação que a equipe de entrega é do restaurante. Conclusão: fui cobrado na fatura do cartão, não consegui estorno, e não recebi o produto....R$66,00 jogados no lixo, prejuízo e descaso total.
I placed an order at this pizzeria through an application, my order was canceled by the restaurant claiming that the delivery man was not served, and no one came, and called me.
I called them directly and informed them that they could not return for delivery because the delivery person had no contact with the pizzeria, however in the application itself they have the information that the delivery team is from the restaurant. Conclusion: I was charged on the card bill, I was not able to refund, and I did not receive the product .... R $ 66.00 thrown in the trash, loss and total neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza veio atolada de catupiry, catupiry é bom mas em excesso fica enjoativo, e a quatro queijos que pedi parece que veio sem gorgonzola. O problema da Vrumm é a inconsistência, às vezes é deliciosa, as vezes deixa a desejar, e é ruim contar com a sorte quando queremos comer pizza né?
Pizza was jammed with catupiry, catupiry is good but too much is cloying, and the four cheeses I ordered looked like it came without gorgonzola. Vrumm's problem is the inconsistency, sometimes it's delicious, sometimes it's lacking, and it's bad to be lucky when we want to eat pizza, right?
