★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente pizza, a primeira vez que pedi fiquei muito satisfeito!
Porém o padrão veio caindo recentemente.
Ultimamente a pizza vem com molho pura água e muito oleosa, mesmo assim continuo recomendando por ser boa em sabor e eu acredito que tem tudo para melhorar! Só falta esperar a pizza descansar um pouco antes de sair, isso evita que o queijo escora muito...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso opinar se o beitute é bom, mas quanto ao atendimento nota 0...pedi um Beirute e uma Coca, após 50 min. de espera liguei pra saber se tinha acontecido algum imprevisto, fui informado de que já tinha saído da pizzaria, ok...40 depois liguei novamente, para cancelar o pedido, foi informado q tinha marcado o endereço errado(sendo q liguei duas vezes pra confirmar) mas q o entregador estava na rua, sendo assim não cancelei o pedido e informei o endereço mais uma vez, ok...20min. depois liguei denovo, e disseram que o motoqueiro tinha voltado pra pizzaria... Resumindo, 2h nada do Beirute e ainda um pedido rápido de desculpas pra atender o próximo cliente logo. Parabéns pelo "ótimo" atendimento,em nenhum momento entraram em contato pra dizer q algo tinha dado errado, de nada adianta ter qualidade no produto se deixa a desejar no atendimento.

I called to find out if anything had happened, I was informed that I had already left the pizzeria, ok ... 40 I called again, to cancel the order, I was informed that I had marked the wrong address (being that I called twice for confirm) but the deliveryman was on the street, so I did not cancel the order and enter the address again, ok ... 20min. then I called again, and they said the biker had gone back to the pizzeria ... In short, 2h nothing from Beirut and still a quick apology to meet the next customer soon. Congratulations on the "great" service, at no time did they contact you to say that something had gone wrong, there is no point in having quality in the product if you are not satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa, mais o atendimento é o horrível, a demora é horrível, a falta de comprometimento com o cliente, ja esperei de uma hora ateh uma e meia, hoje eu aguardei duas horas e dez minutos... quando liguei la ouvi um monte de mentira, tive que ouvir, a demora foi por causa da administração do prédio... fazer cliente de palhaço é incrível... a comida é boa mais a atendente e o dono da pizzaria deixa a desejar... acho incrível como sao incapazes de efetuar um serviço mediano... péssimo... e muito chateado... ja elogiei bastante mais hoje como das ultimas vezes foi decepcionante... se forem pedir faca o pedido com um a dois dias de prazo pra entrega
The pizza is good, but the service is horrible, the delay is horrible, the lack of commitment to the customer, I've waited an hour until half past one, today I waited two hours and ten minutes ... when I called I heard it a lot of lies, I had to listen, the delay was because of the building's administration ... making a clown client is incredible ... the food is good plus the attendant and the pizzeria owner leaves something to be desired ... I think it's incredible as they are unable to perform an average service ... lousy ... and very upset ... I praised it a lot more today as the last few times it was disappointing ... if they are going to ask for the order with a one to two days deadline for delivery

Mesmo com a demora pra responder whats ou chegar a pizza, sempre comprei pois antigamente o sabor era o menor da região! Ontem comprei duas pizzas e quando chegou veio uma errada, mandei foto e pedi para trocar, a dona foi muito grossa dizendo que a pizza estava certa que ñ trocaria. Depois de um tempo me ligou dizendo que ia trocar que realmente parecia está errada, falei agora ñ precisa mais, pois disseram que n trocaria, tem crianças aqui e acabaram comendo. Então a dona disse que eu poderia pegar uma dolly de brinde da próxima. Não terá próxima. Detalhe, a pizza estava muito ruim e me cobraram uma coca que eu havia cancelado.
É só um relato para a própria se atentar e ser mais compreensiva com os clientes.

Yesterday I bought two pizzas and when it arrived the wrong one came, I sent a photo and asked to change it, the owner was very rude saying that the pizza was right that I wouldn't change it. After a while, he called me saying that he was going to change it, it really looked wrong, I said now it's not necessary anymore, because they said I wouldn't change it, there are children here and they ended up eating. So the owner said I could get a free dolly next time. There will be no next. Detail, the pizza was very bad and they charged me a coke that I had canceled.
