Costumo fazer bastante pedido, e hoje como de costume pedi uma pizza e em seguida pedi duas esfihas doces, fui informado que eles estavam sem chocolate apenas o creme de avelã. Ok, pedi a esfiha. Chegando aqui a esfiha estava crua, questionei a pessoa do WhatsApp onde foi feito o pedido, ela me disse que o problema não era a massa e sim o chocolate, questionando ela novamente dizendo que era a massa estar crua que são coisas diferentes entre massa e chocolate, fizeram pouco caso como sempre, porque só eles estão certo, são perfeitos na operação que jamais acontece erro, isso na cabeça deles. Mandei um vídeo mostrando a massa crua e fizeram pouco caso. Bom como já era bem entediante pedir a pizza pelo atendimento, e acontecendo isso e não foi a primeira vez. Não peço mais na pizzaria. A pizza é muito boa, não posso negar. "Mais eles nunca erram como a atendente alegou"

I usually order a lot, and today as usual I ordered a pizza and then ordered two sweet esfihas, I was informed that they had no chocolate, just the hazelnut cream. Okay, I ordered the esfiha. Arriving here the esfiha was raw, I asked the person on WhatsApp where the order was made, she told me that the problem was not the dough but the chocolate, questioning her again saying that it was the dough being raw, which are different things between dough and chocolate, they paid little attention as always, because only they are right, they are perfect in the operation that never happens, that's in their heads. I sent a video showing the raw dough and they paid little attention. Good as it was already quite tedious to order the pizza for the service, and this happened and it was not the first time. I don't order from the pizzeria anymore. The pizza is really good, I can't deny it. "But they never make mistakes as the attendant claimed"
