Uma atendente que deve ser "super multifuncional" acredito que pelo os afazeres que tinha não pode me atender de uma forma melhor e minimo deveria cumprir o que promete, pedi a pizza e me deram prazo de 30 a 40 min, deu mais de uma hora e não chegou a pizza.
Resumindo, liguei para cancelar pois tinha compromisso e teria que sair, nao dava mais para esperar, a atendente super mal educada não deu valor e simplesmente desligou o celular na minha cara.
Ou seja o meu entendimento e compreensão no início da minha reclamação se perdeu no final da mesma.

1. na propagando o valor das pizzas básicas é 13,99 aí quando vc vai comprar é 15:00.
2. Vcs contratam o serviço de cartão e quer que o consumidor paguem a taxa para vcs, quem contratou a bandeira foi vcs não o consumidor, se for em dinheiro é 15,00 e se for cartão é 16,00. Segundo a lei diz que pagamento via credito ou débito é considerado pagamento avista. Se vc não tem condições de contratar a bandeira, não contrata agora querer que o consumidor pague o serviço pra vcs utilizarem é demais.
Brasileiros não aceitem isso...seja qualquer estabelecimento... Seja 1,00...2,00 o dinheiro é seu, procurem seus direitos.
Obs: não recomendo para ninguém...e outra vou reclamar no Procon se vcs não pararem com essa prática abusiva.

Liguei e ela disse que a pizza estava chegando, pediu para que eu ligasse novamente no prazo de 5minutos, esperei, e quando liguei novamente ele tinha desligado o telefone, sem me dá uma satisfação, um absurdo. ?
