★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 17/02 a empresa pegou meu sofá para que fosse feito o serviço de estofamento. A entrega ficou marcada para segunda dia 24/02. Como era carnaval e eu precisava apenas até hoje pela manhã (afinal a entrega da chave do apartamento seria amanhã pela manhã) só entrei em contato ontem, ao que a empresa me responde que não estaria pronto o sofá e que me entregariam hoje à tarde.
Desde o início da manhã venho tentando contato com a empresa por telefone e WhatsApp. Ninguém atende, ninguém me responde e nenhuma satisfação me foi dada até agora.
On February 17th, the company took my sofa to do the upholstery service. The delivery was scheduled for Monday 02/24. As it was carnival and I only needed it until this morning (after all, the key to the apartment would be delivered tomorrow morning) I only got in touch yesterday, to which the company replies that the sofa would not be ready and that they would deliver it to me this afternoon.
Since the early morning I have been trying to contact the company by phone and WhatsApp. Nobody answers, nobody answers me and no satisfaction has been given to me so far.
