 I PLACED AN ORDER YESTERDAY, AND THE DELIVERY EXPECTED WAS 23:55 BUT THE ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE, THE RESTAURANT DOESN'T ATTEND! AND NO ONE ANSWERS IN CHAT!! THEN THEY PUT MY ORDER DELIVERED AT 3 AM! AN ABSURD! I WANT A REFUND OF THE VALUE NOW!!!!!!!!!!

Comprei esfihas da promoção, na compra de 12 teria que vim 15, e não veio,comprei 24 para vim 30, e só veio as 24 (Propaganda Enganosa - Crime) e se não bastava isso, paguei $34 em um Pizza Doce de Prestígio, e me foi enviado uma esfiha doce no lugar. Totalmente sem cabimento… estou juntando todos os prints da conversa sem reposta no WhatsApp (ninguém me retornou até agora) e vou atrás dos meus direitos como consumidor.
Estou indo dormir com 3 crianças com vontade de pizza doce, estragou a noite de Domingo da minha família.
Detalhe não é a primeira vez que tenho problema com essa empresa…
I do not recommend. I bought esfihas from the promotion, in the purchase of 12, 15 would have to come, and it didn't, I bought 24 for 30, and only 24 came (Deceptive Advertising - Crime) and if that wasn't enough, I paid $34 in a Prestige Sweet Pizza, and I was sent a sweet esfiha instead. Totally pointless… I'm putting together all the screenshots of the unanswered conversation on WhatsApp (no one got back to me so far) and I'm going after my rights as a consumer.
I'm going to sleep with 3 kids craving sweet pizza, it spoiled my family's Sunday night.
It's not the first time I've had a problem with this company...
