★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dono lixo !!!! Era cliente a mais de 7 anos , essa semana fiz um pedido e o motoboy veio entregar porém a máquina não estava funcionando , o motoboy me atendeu super bem . Porém hoje o dono me ligou cobrando e totalmente agressivo , e despreparado , nem se identifica ele fez só falou pra mim fazer o pix da pizza ! Eu oi ? Sem entender nada , perguntei de o de era e qual nome ele não disse ! Como vou fazer um pagamento assim do nada ? E aí da falou não quer pagar não ? E desligou na minha cara ! Lixo é assim q vc trata seus clientes ! Já fiz seu pix e nem pra pedir desculpas ????
 Garbage owner!!!! I was a customer for more than 7 years, this week I placed an order and the motoboy came to deliver but the machine was not working, the motoboy took care of me very well. But today the owner called me charging and was totally aggressive, and unprepared, he didn't even identify himself, he just told me to make the pizza pix! I hi? Without understanding anything, I asked what it was and what name he didn't say! How am I going to make a payment like that out of nowhere? And then you said you don't want to pay? And hung up on my face! Trash is how you treat your customers! I already made your pix and not even to apologize ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela primeira vez não fiquei satisfeito, a pizza é sempre muito boa. Mas na data de 01/06/2022 estava fria e deixou a desejar. Sei que a qualidade dos produtos que usam é sempre muito boa. Mas nesta data.... Foi ruim. Espero que o que aconteceu comigo e esposa foi um ponto fora da curva....
For the first time I was not satisfied, the pizza is always very good. But on the date of 01/06/2022 it was cold and left something to be desired. I know the quality of the products they use is always very good. But on this date.... It was bad. I hope what happened to me and wife was a turning point....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável, fiz um pedido às 19:55 no dia de hoje 01/03/2022, uma pizza carbonara tamanho grande. Com a sistemática de retirar o pedido.
O aplicativo deles, com acesso pelo Instagram, afirmou a retirada entre 15 a 25 minutos.
Após 20:40, entrei em contato por telefone, pois não tive nenhuma alteração, ou informação sobre como estava o pedido. Já que no aplicativo informava que estava em "PRODUÇÃO", pois bem, o atendente me informa que não sabia do meu pedido e que estavam com bastante movimento. Não me deu satisfação e ou importância. Fui obrigado a cancelar o pedido, sem qualquer tipo de resistência pelo atendente. Fui somente mais um!
Sorry, I placed an order at 19:55 today 01/03/2022 for a large carbonara pizza. With the system of withdrawing the order.
