★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada! Atendimento ruim, com o atendente sem dar informações que desejamos, parecia estar com pressa e fez tudo de qualquer jeito! Faltou profissionalismo, sem contar a falta de ingredientes. E para fechar, pedimos o tradicional que geralmente vem com 8 ingredientes e fomos informados de última hora que exclusivamente essa unidade só faz o tradicional com 6 ingredientes ao contrário de toda franquia (?).
 Disappointed! Bad service, with the attendant without giving us the information we wanted, seemed to be in a hurry and did everything anyway! It lacked professionalism, not to mention the lack of ingredients. And to close, we ordered the traditional which usually comes with 8 ingredients and we were informed at the last minute that exclusively this unit only makes the traditional with 6 ingredients unlike any franchise (?).

Last time I shop at Spoleto Plaza Macaé. Quantity and quality cannot be compared to other units in the franchise, such as in Rio and Niterói. Terrible attendance. No drink options on Sunday. Don't want to sell? They are burning the brand in the city...

Terrible attendance. The attendant was extremely rude to answer a question. He prepares the pasta and responds to the customers with a lot of ill will. I do not recommend.

Terrible attendance! They answer angrily, complaining all the time. And what's wrong is that we don't say what we say. They must have the worst attendants in the mall. Never!

Atendimento péssimo.
Trabalham reclamando. Se não ouvem nosso pedido corretamente alegam que falaram o errado e concordamos. Definitivamente ou é péssimo trabalhar no local ou não estão no lugar errado.
No wonder I spent a long time without consuming in this restaurant.
Terrible service.
They work complaining. If they don't hear our request correctly, they claim they said the wrong thing and we agree. Definitely either it sucks to work in place or it's not in the wrong place.
