Esperei por mais de 1 hora e meia, liguei diversas vezes pedindo um posicionamento do estabelecimento. Dentre as vezes que liguei, me falaram que iria atrasar porque o motorista teve o pneu furado no caminho. Como desconfiava, era MENTIRA! Quando o motoqueiro chegou, depois de 50 minutos do “pneu furado”, perguntei e ele disse que havia acabado de sair da pizzaria com o meu pedido, e não ocorreu nenhum problema no caminho. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente! Mentiram falando que meu pedido já havia saído e mentiram novamente falando do pneu. Não recomendo!!!!
First and only time I ask in that place. The pizza is good, but the service was terrible. I waited for more than an hour and a half, I called several times asking for a positioning of the establishment. Among the times I called, they told me that I would be late because the driver had a flat tire on the way. As I suspected, it was LIE! When the biker arrived, after 50 minutes of the “flat tire”, I asked and he said that he had just left the pizzeria with my order, and there was no problem on the way. Bad customer service! They lied saying that my order had already left and lied again talking about the tire. I do not recommend!!!!
