Porém ao chegar a pizza , me informaram estar sem prato e sem talheres ... Sei que pode ser bobeira , mas poderiam comunicar ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi meu primeiro pedido. Demorou mais que os 60 minutos de espera dado pela atendente . Mas como foi indicação de uma colega de trabalho . Ela tem razão esfihas simplesmente deliciosas. Valeu a pena esperar. Esperamos que no próximo pedido chegue mais rápido kkkk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza não é lá essas coisas. Veio 4 tomates numa pizza de 8 fatias. Por 28 reais mais 1 real de entrega deveriam ter colocado 8 rodelas de tomate. O queijo é bem borrachudo. A entrega foi de 30 minutos como disseram, mas como primeira compra ooderiam ter caprichado mais na pizza, mas enfim, não comprarei mais nesse lugar.
Pizza is not that kind of thing. 4 tomatoes came on an 8-slice pizza. For 28 reais plus 1 real delivery they should have put 8 slices of tomato. The cheese is very rubbery. The delivery was 30 minutes as they said, but as the first purchase they could have done more on the pizza, but anyway, I will not buy more in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi duas pizzas pelo whatsapp e a pessoa que responde as mensagens foi super mal educada!So respondeu com sim e não! Mensagens curtas! Fora que não pergunta se vai ser no dinheiro ou cartão. Eu que fiquei perguntando se aceita e qual a bandeira, pois mencionei que era cartão e a pessoa nem pergintou se era credito ou débito e qual a bandeira! Peca no atendimento, pois se querem fregueses, tem que dar uma atenção maior e indagar os clientes. Nao responder seco sim, nao!
Nao gostei. Ja fiz pedidos em outras pizzarias via whatsapp e o atendimento foi bem melhor! Acho que o mínimo que um cliente espera é ser bem atendido! Exemplo deles: "aceita cartão?" Ai responde : - sim.
E eu esperando pra ver se perguntava a bandeira.
Depois fiz o pedido ai me responde: "ta".
No mínimo deveria ter dito que o pedido foi anotado! Serve de conselho para mais clientes não reclamarem da mesma coisa que eu!
I ordered two pizzas by whatsapp and the person who answered the messages was super rude! So he answered yes and no! Short messages! Other than that it doesn't ask if it will be in cash or card. Ask for assistance, because if you want customers, you have to pay more attention and ask customers. Don't answer dry yes, no!
Did not like. I've already ordered at other pizzerias via whatsapp and the service was much better! I think the least a customer expects is to be well attended! Example of them: "do you accept card?" Ai replies: - yes.
And I was waiting to see if I asked the flag.
Then I made the request and answer me: "ok".
At the very least I should have said that the order was taken down! It serves as advice for more customers not to complain about the same thing as me!
