★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ter uma boa avalição no Ifood , acreditei que o serviço da pizziaria era excelente e quebrei a cara , pois tive uma péssima experiência com esta pizzaria. Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood que acabou atrasando. Entrei em contato pelo chat e a mesma informou que estava esperando o retorno do Motoboy para entregar o pedido. Eu disse que tudo bem e que acontecia, mas acabou demorando demais e pedi para cancelar o pedido e a mesma disse que o motoboy já estava a caminho (MENTIRA) , e então entrei em contato com o Ifood e pedi o cancelamento e consegui . Passa-se uns 20 minutos depois do cancelamento, ouço o Motoboy buzinando ; eu não iria receber mas minha mãe ficou falando para o receber e acabei aceitando . Resumindo : Demorou quase 1 hora para entregar , com o pedido já frio. NÃO PEÇAM NADA NESTA PIZZARIA
For having a good evaluation at Ifood, I believed that the service at the pizzeria was excellent and I was broke because I had a terrible experience with this pizzeria. I made an order for Ifood that ended up being late. I got in touch via chat and she informed that she was waiting for Motoboy's return to deliver the order. I said it was ok and it happened, but it ended up taking too long and I asked to cancel the order and she said that the courier was already on his way (LIE), so I contacted Ifood and asked for the cancellation and I got it. About 20 minutes pass after the cancellation, I hear Motoboy honking; I wouldn't receive it but my mother kept telling me to receive it and I ended up accepting. In summary: It took almost 1 hour to deliver, with the order already cold. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING AT THIS PIZZERIA
