★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sou correntista desse banco nem uso serviços por eles prestados porém paguei boletos que foram gerados por esta empresa então entrei em contato com o setor responsável fui muito bem atendida em plena semana de festas de fim de ano me deram todo suporte necessário para solucionar o meu caso é a empresa que fez a cobrança pela PJBANK fez o reembolso assim que entrei em contato com os devidos comprovantes como no início da descoberta procurei no Google para saber quem era a empresa vi os comentários mas segui com a conduta de resolver o problema é depois avaliar quero parabenizar ao setor de suporte ao cliente que foram atenciosos e ajudaram a resolver o meu problema .

Meus clientes não conseguem pagar os boletos e isso está nos gerando muitos transtornos! O atendimento do PJ Bank não resolve nada, nem os funcionários que representam o PJ dentro do parceiro. Não esperava esse tipo de postura de nenhuma das empresas e até agora estou aguardando alguém que possa resolver DEFINITIVAMENTE meu problema!
I am a client of a partner and needed to open a digital account on PJBAnk. The documents were sent a month ago, and we still don't have access to the system!! My clients cannot pay the tickets and this is causing us a lot of inconvenience! The PJ Bank service does not solve anything, nor the employees who represent the PJ within the partner. I didn't expect this kind of attitude from any of the companies and so far I'm waiting for someone who can DEFINITELY solve my problem!
