★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei como abriram uma conta com meu cpf nesse Banco e enviei errado dinheiro e não consigo acesso a esse banco fiquem espertos com essa instituição.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse banco é horrível fui efetuar um saque e deu problema na hora então o banco24hrs devolveu um crédito para eles no valor do saque que ouve o problema, quando liguei no bpp falaram que realmente o dinheiro tinha sido estornado e era pra aguardar 30 dias para cair na conta hoje já se passa 50 dias e nada ainda quando bateu 31 dias liguei e eles me falaram que não iria estornar pq o banco24hrs não devolveu o dinheiro sendo que no dia que liguei no bpp eles mesmo falaram que o dinheiro tinha sido devolvido agora já faz 20 dias que tô tentando resolver já peguei a prova e enviei pra eles e mesmo eles não devolve o Dinheiro, um bando de ladrão, estou indo no procon hoje.
This bank is horrible, I went to make a withdrawal and there was a problem at the time so the 24hrs bank returned a credit to them in the amount of the withdrawal that hears the problem, when I called the bpp they said that the money had actually been reversed and I had to wait 30 days for it to fall in the account today it's been 50 days and nothing even when it hit 31 days I called and they told me I wouldn't refund because the 24hrs bank didn't return the money and on the day I called bpp they even said that the money had been refunded now I've been trying to solve it for 20 days I already took the proof and sent it to them and even they don't return the money, a bunch of thief, I'm going to the procon today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO EMPRESA SEM SEGURANÇA COM SEU DINHEIRO. Péssima experiência, sou cliente há mais de 1 ano, e a conta foi furtada! Roubaram todo o saldo que estava lá efetuando pagamento de boletos ás 1h da manhã, logo cedo quando percebemos entramos em contato e depois de uma semana aguardando uma posição simplismente nos enviaram dois comprovantes (que já tínhamos tirado pela conta no mesmo momento por nós obviamente) total descaso com nossa empresa! Vou realizar o boletim de ocorrência e processo contra essa empresa que não tem nenhuma segurança! Protocolo 1498734

Prestam o serviço com uma taxa absurda, perdem o prazo e um total descaso com o cliente.
Não indico a ninguém, uma empresa sem credibilidade e que lida com seu dinheiro é uma mistura fatal.
Fujam!
I've never given a company 1 star, but this one can't.
They provide the service with an absurd rate, miss the deadline and a total disregard for the customer.
I don't recommend it to anyone, a company with no credibility and that deals with your money is a fatal mix.

Aí começou a novela... Duas semanas de protocolos de "estamos analisando", "estamos vendo", "estamos tomando providências", ... E nada...
