★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde.Gostaria de deixar minha indiguinação sobre esta loja pois encomendei uns materiais ,paguei me deram um monte de prazo um dos matérias foi convites para festa da minha filha e adesivos me entregaram 5 dias antes da festa faltando mais de 50% dos materiais ;e ate o presente momento não entregaram o resto dos materiais pedidos ,então falo para vocês muito cuidado pois são um monte de pessoas enroladas que só ficam dando desculpas uma hora a dona que se chama Meire fala que vai resolver e nada então muito cuidado com estes caloteiros;nunca fiz um tipo de comentário destes mais hoje estamos vivendo num Pais de pessoas que gostam de ganhar dinheiro sem trabalhar muito cuidado .

I would like to leave my inquiry about this store because I ordered some materials, I paid gave me a lot of deadline one of the materials was my daughter's party invitations and stickers handed me 5 days before the party missing more than 50% of the materials; and so far have not delivered the rest of the materials requested, so I tell you very carefully because they are a lot of people who are just making excuses an hour the owner called Meire says it will solve and nothing so very careful with these I have never made such a comment anymore but today we are living in a country of people who like to make money without working very carefully.

Não tem profissionalismo, não tem compromisso, a equipe não tem treinamento e nem experiência pra função. E total falta de respeito e empatia. Infinitas desculpas e muita mentira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior escolha de empresa que já fiz. Contratei um serviço dia 17 de setembro de 2020, que segundo a empresa ficaria pronto em 15 dias. Eles fizeram serviços de outras empresas na frente, ficaram me enrolando com a entrega do serviço, todo dia falavam que mandariam a arte, mas nunca nem vi. Resolvi pedir ressarcimento do meu dinheiro, ficaram de me entregar com 7 dias. Hoje, 13 de dezembro tem 1 mês que estão marcando comigo de entregar e não devolveram ainda. O proprietário da empresa é totalmente sem compromisso e despreparado para atender seus clientes.
Só contratem essa empresa se quiserem dor de cabeça. NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA, HORRÍVEL. ???
Worst choice of company I have ever made. I hired a service on September 17, 2020, which according to the company would be ready in 15 days. They did services from other companies at the front, kept me involved with the delivery of the service, every day they said they would send the art, but I never even saw it. I decided to ask for reimbursement of my money, they were to deliver me with 7 days. Today, December 13 has 1 month that they are scheduling with me to deliver and haven't returned yet. The business owner is completely without commitment and unprepared to serve his customers.
Only hire this company if you want a headache. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY WAY, HORRIBLE. ???
