★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iniciei contato via telefone e questionei sobre possibilidade de entrega e pagamento online, fui orientado que era possível e me passaram o numero de whatssap, ao enviar a mensagem fui informado que o atendimento era só na loja, informei sobre a ligação e mandaram algumas fotos de arranjos, escolhi uma opção e questionei sobre cartões, porem sem retorno, pedi para mandar o link de pagamento e informei que seria para entrega, apenas informaram que o prazo de entrega não é fixo e seria realizado até as 19hrs, depois disso não falaram mais nada, sendo assim, cancelei o pedido ja que a empresa não demonstrou nem um interesse em concretizar a venda.
Detalhe inicie o contato as 12hrs e cancelei o pedido as 15hrs, ou seja, todo esse tempo aguardando resposta e nada...
Obs. o atendimento via telefone foi muito bom nada a reclamar, mais o via whatssap, péssimo...

Detail start the contact at 12hrs and I canceled the order at 15hrs, that is, all this time waiting for response and nothing ...
Obs. The telephone service was very good, nothing to complain about, but via whatssap, terrible ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui com a intenção de comprar um buquê, com rosas importadas. No dia anterior o vendedor garantiu que ainda teria disponível, mas chegando lá já haviam vendido todas, por conta do dia dos namorados. Inicialmente fui bem atendido por um senhor que informou que poderia ser montado o mesmo buquê em dez minutos. Me ofereceu outro produto TB, pelo mesmo valor. Porém surgiu uma senhora, aparentemente proprietária, que dispensou o senhor que me atendia e o corrigiu, dizendo que o valor daquele outro produto era outro. Disse talvez em tom de zombaria ou falta de bom senso que cada bombom (Ouro Branco que me lembre) que acompanhava aquele buquê, sairia ao valor de quatro reais, portanto não poderia ser o mesmo valor do outro. Informei então que tinha a intenção de aguardar a montagem da minha primeira opção buquê. Gesticulando muito e em tom acima do normal, a senhora disse " Você quer o que afinal? Vamos começar do zero". Solicitei a montagem, mas enquanto aguardava me dei conta de que eu estava fazendo um favor ao estabelecimento ali comprando, não o contrário. Peguei um outro produto mais barato qualquer e já montado e solicitei para cancelar a montagem. Nunca mais comprarei produtos dessa loja. Em anos anteriores o atendimento já foi ruim, mas desta vez passaram dos limites.
Poor service. I went with the intention of buying a bouquet, with imported roses. The day before the seller assured that he would still have it available, but they had already sold all of them, for Valentine's Day. Initially I was well attended by a gentleman who reported that the same bouquet could be assembled in ten minutes. He offered me another TB product of the same value. But there appeared a lady, apparently proprietor, who dismissed the gentleman who attended me and corrected him, saying that the value of that other product was another. I said perhaps in the tone of mockery or lack of common sense that each bonbon (White Gold that reminds me) that accompanied that bouquet, would come to the value of four reais, so it could not be the same value as the other. I then informed him that I intended to wait for the assembly of my first bouquet option. Gesticulating a lot and in a tone above normal, you said "You want what, anyway? Let's start from scratch." I asked for the assembly, but while I waited I realized that I was doing a favor to the establishment there buying, not the other way around. I took another cheaper product and already mounted it and requested to cancel the assembly. I will never buy products from this store again. In previous years the attendance was already bad, but this time they passed the limits.
