Sexta feira dia 5 comprei uma cesta de café da manhã para minha mãe na loja da 26 de março, para ser entregue dia 06 no primeiro horário possível (dia de seu aniversário). De noite, ao sair do trabalho, liguei pra saber se ela tinha gostado, para minha surpresa e desapontamemto ela não recebeu nada!!! Ninguém me avisou, ninguém me ligou! Simplesmente esqueceram!!! Hoje, domingo, a loja está fechada, não consigo resolver. Passou o aniversário, ela não recebeu!!!! Absurdo!
Quero registrar aqui minha gratidão a Jaqueline que, após essa queixa, prontamente entrou em contato comigo para corrigir a falha e se retratar sobre o ocorrido. Solicitou a entrega de duas cestas sendo uma para minha mãe, outra pra minha sogra. Com um lindo bouquet de flores com pedido de desculpas. Obrigada pela atenção, super indico seus serviços. Parabéns!
Terrible!!! Can't give less than 1 star ?? Friday the 5th I bought a breakfast basket for my mother at the store on March 26th, to be delivered on the 6th at the first possible time (her birthday). At night, when leaving work, I called to see if she liked it, to my surprise and disappointment she received nothing !!! Nobody warned me, nobody called me! They simply forgot !!! Today, Sunday, the store is closed, I can't solve it. The birthday passed, she didn't receive it !!!! Absurd!
I want to register here my gratitude to Jaqueline, who, after this complaint, promptly contacted me to correct the fault and retract what happened. He requested the delivery of two baskets, one for my mother, the other for my mother-in-law. With a beautiful bouquet of flowers with an apology. Thank you for your attention, I recommend your services. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já perdi as contas de quantas vezes estivemos nessa floricultura e fomos mal atendidos, quando você procura algo para presentar alguém faz durante o expediente de serviço, hoje mais uma vez, meu pai esteve no local para presentear minha mãe, proprietária da borracharia Drika Pneus, também em poá, e por estar sujo de graxa, a atendente sem ao menos ouvir seu pedido, O TRATOU COMO PEDINTE, ainda dizendo "NÃO TEMOS NADA PARA VOCÊ AQUI", mesmo havendo identificação da nossa loja no uniforme!!
Isto já ocorreu antes, trabalhamos sujos por ficar embaixo dos carros dos clientes, para bem atendê-los, talvez se fizessem o mesmo, poderiam oferecer uma recepção melhor e mais humilde.
Uma completa falta de respeito.
I have lost count of how many times we have been to this florist and we were poorly attended to, when you are looking for something to present to someone you do during office hours, today again, my father was at the place to present my mother, owner of Drika Pneus, also in dust, and because it was soiled with grease, the attendant without even hearing his request, treated him as a request, still saying "WE HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU HERE", even though our store is identified in the uniform !!
This has happened before, we work dirty by being under customers' cars, to serve them well, maybe if they did the same, they could offer a better and more humble reception.
A complete lack of respect.
